We waited for 3 weeks with one vendor, who kept making excuses of why he missed each of his appts in Sept. 2022. The second lanai vendor came to our house twice (once the Sunday before Ian, and then again after Ian). However, he never sent us an estimate and never returned our calls. The third vendor was great and very professional. Always responded to our calls and emails. Unfortunately, he didn't have any no-see-um screens in stock and it was going to take months to get the Phifer screens. We had many torn and ripped screens from the hurricane and didn't want to wait months. Luckily, a friend was having Super Screen LLC replace some of her screens. She called Aymara, asked her if they had now-see-um screens in stock and got us on the schedule for an estimate. When SuperScreen LLC staff came over that weekend, they provided an estimate on the spot and was able to fix our screens that day. The price they gave was reasonable, and did NOT price gouge us. I am so APPRECIATIVE that they were willing to squeeze us in. I know that this is a very BUSY time for them. We were very fortunate that for our 4th try, we were able to get Super Screen to fix our screens. The 3 men were all very polite and contentious. They did a great job with our screens. Next time we need any screen repaired, they will be our first call. Highly Recommend.

I want to update my previous review of Screens Plus Sales & Service…read more After posting my review describing the problems I was having with getting service, I received a call from Kay at the company. She was very understanding and apologetic about the situation and assured me she would take care of the issue. True to her word, the very next day Dave, the installer who originally did the work, came to my home and repaired all of the problem areas, including the loose screens and the spline that had come out. Dave did an excellent job, just as he did during the original installation. While I was frustrated with the difficulty I had initially getting a response, I do want it noted that once Kay became involved, the company responded quickly and the problems were resolved professionally. I appreciate Kay for taking the time to listen and make things right, and I thank Dave for the quality work and for coming out promptly to fix everything.

I had to use Champion on a Sunday evening as an emergency service when my non potable water line…read morestarted to leak due to a rusted pipe that burst. Someone picked up immediately, I believe her name was Christine. I let her know it's an emergency as the line was flooding into my lawn. Within half an hour, Sam arrived, diagnosed the issue and cut the line off. The busted pipe was on the city's side, and he advised me that while they can go ahead and fix the issue, it would financially be more beneficial for me to call the city and have them repair it and pick up the cost. Sam cut the non-potable water service off which resolved the issue until the city was able to come out and repair it. Despite Champion giving me a notice ahead of time that there is an upcharge since its afterhours, they only charged me about 160$ to come out and do the work as it was quick. Sam was extremely knowledgeable too and works with integrity, and Christine did an amazing job keeping me informed on the status. I hope I have the opportunity to use Champion Plumbing on future work.
