A few years ago Maximum opened up and we gave them a try, and from now on we only get our parts directly from them. We order auto parts from Maximum and Joe (the owner) and his staff are super friendly and know what they're doing. If they don't have the part in stock they can usually get it the same day or the next day delivered directly to you. They're also open to public, I believe you get the same discount but you pay the sales tax. If you need affordable aftermarket body parts, give them a call. Their prices are way more reasonable compared to Advance Auto or even junk yards. Sometimes it is better to buy aftermarket parts than used oem parts. It is 2017, and aftermarket parts are not the same as they were 20 years ago. Many people are skeptical but trust me, you won't even notice any difference in quality or physical appearance. Aftermarket parts industry has really stepped up their game. All body shops that I know rebuild cars using 90% aftermarket parts. LKQ staff is rude and they treat you like you're a piece of ****. They order wrong parts and they're parts come damaged and they blame it on you. Certified

I didn't understand when he said it would take 2 to 5 days for it to get there. Because UPS in Florida is usually always delivered within a day(especially when only going across the state) even though it says it could take two days or so. I even said that is weird bc UPS is usually always only a day or two at most. He just stood there looking at us. I didn't realize he changed the delivery company on us that we requested (didn't even acknowledge that he changed it what we asked for either) until I went to track the package and see that 3 days later it's still not there. So now it makes sense that it's taking three days to go from Fort Myers to Miami, which is still a joke. Mail used to go across the country in three days. I had already been to the post office and sent the letter via certified mail. I went to the UPS store specifically to send it via UPS as a backup/second form of delivery. So now I have the exact package being delivered on the exact day via USPS and I just wasted money. Not happy!

After rushing through the terminal to catch my flight, my egg fell down and shattered. Great! I figured this was okay, but over the course of a few days my phone got worse and worse where I couldn't even type a message to check on my family across the states. I contacted Jacob by phone, he answered very friendly. He had an issue with the location, but he did let me know he would there later than anticipated. He arrived when he said he would and stayed in contact with me regarding his ETA. Jacob remained a very professional demeanor and kept up pleasant conversation. I've had my screen fixed before, and Jacob pointed out the issues with what the previous location did, including using a non-apple screen and giving me a non-apple press button that deactivated my touch screen. Ugh! One thing I enjoyed was how quickly the replacement was done, and how it was done right in front of you!!!! Definitely call this man if you need your screen replaced. Thank you, Jacob!

My screen on my Iphone 6s responded at first to his new screen but after the 2nd day it went downhill. It eventually got so bad by day 3 it stopped responding to touch all together. The screen he used was junk. My previous cracked screen was better than this. My phone became unusable and I missed an entire day of work trying to get it fixed. Luckily the apple store got me back on track. If I had gone straight to the apple store it would have cost me less time & money than using Jacob.

A few weeks ago my upstairs A/C was being examined at the start of its semi-annual checkup. The associate notified me that the air handler in the attic was dropping its insulation from within, and this would create a problem with continuing the standard semi-annual checkup. This necessitated scheduling an associate on a different day to basically rebuild the air handler. Understandably this was a long project through the day but was completed to our satisfaction. QUALITY: The different associates whom we have seen over a long period of time have been exceptionally professional and courteous. VALUE: Everyone decides what they describe as value. For us it's the confidence that our A/C units will work through the summer and winter year after year. Having a service agreement gives us that peace of mind. SUMMARY: These people have demonstrated exceptional courtesy (every phone call is a new pleasant greeting, every time). One has to have trust in the service people with whom they do business. For me, these people are very highly recommended.

Each time my system is only a year and a half old and each time they serviced the unit they found an amperage issue with different parts with costs exceeded $1,000. Had issue with my unit recently they came out to service but wouldn't vac drain line Wanted to change me $250 for that service. I told them it should be included with my maintenance agreement which they were 4 months behind. Still wouldn't service. I don't recommend this contractor.
