With my pedicure, I have a couple of preferences, like no drill on the gel toes. This seemed to cause them to have feelings they had to file my toes. They seem to have just a handful of staff members, so walk ins could be a challenge. It felt a little chaotic at first. They tried to separate my friend and I who made our appts together: one at the table, one in the pedi chair. After clarifying we want to be together, they allowed it. Overall, my nails look great. She was so sweet to open up and give me a 9:45 appointment. What a blessing she is!
