usually i go to deluxe nails in cape but i was in a hurry so i went with elegant. i called to see if i had to make an appointment and i didnt. they requested i come in at 6:30. i didnt get there until 7. there was only one worker and i was there with my sister. she didnt need to get her nails done so she offered to just sit out. the worker ended up calling another employee and getting them to come so we could both get a full set (so nice). first, they were so detailed getting our nails prepped for the acrylic. then, im not sure about my sister, but they spent so much time doing exactly what i asked for my nails. they were also insanely nice. staying after close for 30 minutes and having to come back just to do them is so inconvenient. they still didn't give any kind of attitude or signs they were mad or tired. this is the best experience i've ever had and the best nails for the cheapest price. i'll absolutely come back THANK YOU! read more

Me & my bfs sister went here on 8/30/21. We waited 30 minutes & it took her nail tech like 30 minutes & mine took 1 1/2 hr. Both of our nails didn't seem dry underneath the initial top coat. They not have dark spots on them today. Both of our nails look like this! I paid $52 for these($5 tip included) & I expect them to look better! i showed the lady a picture of what I wanted and she didn't ask how long I wanted them she just cut them and they are short as heck! She also cut me multiple times then told me my nails were $45 last time I came here they were $30 for the length that my nails are now! very poorly done and will not be coming back! The nail salon besides buffalo wild wings(elegant nails) did an AWFUL job on my nails. I'm not usually one to complain but my nails are still recovering and it's been a month. I will say that my nails don't look bad, they don't, but what completely put me off of this salon as well as ever getting dip nails again is the fact that the technician completely destroyed my cuticles with the grinding tool. I am highly disappointed! I got dip nails yesterday and I wanted a gel top coat. First, I ask for matte, which she proceeded to tell me they don't even offer. Then, when she started to open the top coat I asked her if it was gel, which I could it was not and she kept telling me it was. She applied the top coat and had Me hold my hands in weird uncomfortable positions over a fan, which if it was gel my hands would've been put under a uv light. I paid the same as my friend and she did get the gel top. Plus, the nail lady acted like she was annoyed and rushed and was filing way to hard when getting the dip off from before, but never asked if it hurt even though it was obvious it did. I left with mess ups on 2 of my fingers and no gel top coat. I will never be going back. read more
