North Hills always arrives at least 10 mins before requested time. The vehicles are newer, spacious and always clean. Then I called to confirm the request for child safety seats. I was charged for the child safety seats but when the driver arrived he had no idea we needed the seats and did not have them. He offered no solution. We were in a very difficult situation - it was 2AM and there is no was no way for us to get anyplace. I have called this company twice to discuss this error and was told that the owner would call me. Needless to say I have not heard anything from this company. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!
