Quick and easy tint job. I had him match the front window to the rear windows. Car came out great, they did a great job cleaning up after as well. He also provided me with a loaner car which was very convenient. One of the cars we had him work on seems a bit lighter in the front than the rear. I was having a hard time finding a spot last min to do the tint on my Q60 and these guys came through and saved me. The owner is extremely professional and there for his customers. I asked what time they opened so I could be the first person there and he offered to open earlier to assure I'd be assisted. Wow ! What a terrific experience , first I was able to go in and receive a quote on a Sunday afternoon even though they were full that day . I thought I was going to have wait for a later weekend appointment . NO , the gentleman came up with a plan for me to drop it off Monday before work and make it to work ontime returning after work to pickup my even more beautiful car! On a scale of 1/5 they get a 6+ . The quote was reasonable and stayed true ! I've been bringing my cars and SUVs in the past 3 years because of their great work. However last year as they always do... they rip door panels to get to each of the glass doors. Is it really necessary?? When I brought my brand new SUV they cracked a plastic trim on one of my door panel. Later realized about this and sure wasnt happy about it but I let it go. When I brought in another vehicle again a year later I pointed out to Juan what happened. I requested not to remove any of the door panels if possible. "No problem" he said. So I took off with wife and kid to do some shopping and to return in a few hours. Shortly after 30 mins he called me and said "pls come back and pick up your car. I wont be doing your car. Sorry!" I asked why multiple times. He stated "if you wont let me do it my way I cant do it" with an attitude. As pissed as I was I came back to get my car and went elsewhere. Thanks for wasting my time Juan! Wont ever be coming back. I'm also going to share my experience with my Facebook contacts and friends. On the same day I found someone else who was able to do my car for a bit cheaper than this place! This other tint shop place told me they dont ever remove door panels due to liability. Called after seeing thier ad on Craigslist said 169$ all cars even 4 door cars.. so I called to see when they would be able to do the job the man that answered asked what kind of car I told him was a infiniti q50 he then put a ladie on the phone an asked again what kinda car and asked if I could text her a pics. So texted pics an said they could get my car in the next day at 1. Then texted back to verify price was same as ad they listed? I then recovery a tex stating that it would be 220 not the 169 as advertised. Was thinking ok an asked why not 169? Was told they charge more if you drive a lexus,bmw,audi,infiniti, mercedes,ect. I then re iterated your telling me has nothing to do with the windows but the name of the car!? Yes.. they figure if you drive a car with a expensive name they can charge you more.. I told them that was bad bussiness and would not be taking my car thier.. bottom line take your car somewhere else if you have a car with one of the names they think they can get more money from.. their new shop is located on 12436 Se Stark st Portland Or. 97233 read more
