They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. Maybe a slightly overpromise and slight underdeliver but all in all would come back here if we needed service.

It was resolved after a bit of discussion. Overall, I am very happy with the work performed on my car. Not only did they have good reviews on Yelp but they also had good reviews on Google too so I used Yelp's messaging system to reach out about getting an appointment. Bob responded pretty quickly however don't do what I did and wait till the last minute try to get an appointment. I had a date in my head which would have worked out with the curing process since I was going out of town and wouldn't need my truck buuuuut I waited till the last minute and he was all booked up. I ended up making an appointment for the following week. So the shop is really easy to get too and there's plenty of parking. The office has a chair with a TV so if you plan on waiting there at least you have something to pass the time with. Bob is also an awesome guy and he's super cool. We talked about what I wanted for tint and how dark I wanted to go. Since my truck has privacy glass we decided to go 20% in the front and 35% in the rear. It took around 2.5 hours for 5 windows and it looks awesome. Anyone looking to get their windows tinted would be dumb to not come here. You'll get treated good here and get an awesome looking tint job for a really good price.

They were quick to give me an estimate and let me know how long the job would take. I decided to stick around for a few hours until they were finished which worked out very well because the seating was indoors/ air-conditioned, they served amazing food, and the customer service was excellent. They also have a coffee cart and a bar. Everyone there was extremely personable and professional. Enrique, Ricardo, and Victor were so kind and attentive. They really went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout my entire visit. I also had never gotten my car detailed before and wanted to make sure I was getting a good value. The price was very reasonable compared to the many other options I pondered and they were so diligent and detail-oriented. It was worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend them and will be going back for future needs.

You know that feeling you get when you get exactly what you want and pay way less than others do for the same service? Well you get that with Elegante. We first used him in Hillsboro and we could not believe the attention to detail and quality of work he does and the best part it's ALOT cheaper than all the rest. You can tell this guy has been doing this for a long time plus his wife and son helps him out occasionally. He takes pride in his work and I have seen the towels draped over the car to keep from damaging the paint while he works around the cars. Elegante has done two of our cars and my sons jeep and he will be tinting the windows in my sons girlfriends car next. If you would know me I am meticulous about my automobiles. I take pride in my cars and love them to look the best they can. If this place was not helping causes then I wouldn't be endorsing them.
