Stay away. Far Far away…read more I think we made like 4 trips in all to get the job completed correctly. The incompetence is very real here. We were sold a stereo and accessories which were not compatible with some of the features in our vehicle. After the instal we had issues with speakers not being connected...wires hanging down in front of the gas pedal which snagged my wifes foot when she was driving on the highway. It was an absolute mess. And a dangerous one at that. My advice would be to find a higher end store that actually knows their products and how to install them correctly. I was very close to uninstalling the stereo myself and ordering a chargeback from my bank since these clowns don't honor any type of return. Be warned! This place is a total waste of time and money.

We had our rear windshield smashed while we were passing through Portland. We called this place and they immediately took our car in. They had to order the window but said it could be done by Monday at 9am, maybe earlier. They ended up not being able to finish until Monday at noon but at least they got it done for a reasonable price and the work looked pretty good (it's held up so far!). They seem pretty busy so I don't know if they're the fastest shop if this was during the week. But they were very nice and I really appreciated having a place take care of things on a weekend. Maybe a slightly overpromise and slight underdeliver but all in all would come back here if we needed service.
