I must say that there was a miscommunication, most likely on my part and she came to my home while the party was at a different location, about 20 mins away. When she arrived, she had no complaints, very professional, happy and even though we had lost 30 minutes because of the miscommunication she still stood an hour to paint the kids' faces.
