The chubby guy with glasses behind the counter is very rude and unprofessional. He was on a personal phone call when I walked out n and seemed bugged that I was in there. When I would ask him a price he would reply how much do you want to spend. When I said I'll just go to the other despensary in the same parking lot , he peplied go right ahead with an attitude. I will never return and tell everyone I see not to go in! There is another despensary less than 100 yards away with great customer service and great prices without the rudeness! read more

Earlier this year I accumulated enough points from making purchases here to get a free edible. So I go down there make a purchase and ask if I can redeem these points here today for the free edible? The employee says "yes". So I click "redeem" right in front of the employee. After a bit of searching this person came back and says "we are currently out of stock. Please come back later in the week when we get more." So come back on the day that they had indicated, and the same employee says "sorry, but we still have not gotten a shipment of those edibles. As a result I keep coming back for the next several weeks and at some point the same guy says I don't think we are ever going to offer those edibles any more. I gave up when I came in to make a purchaces and this same employee was there and just kept nodding "no" at everything I said. I was there to purchases edibles that day, but as a result gave up on Element 7 honoring their side of the agreement to redeem points as a loyal customer. read more

The worst is the guy that checks you in with the donut lanyard first he acts as if it's a bother to check you in, oh and do your job, I talked to two other people inside (other customers) that said he is an a**.
