Clean and quite hotel stay and friendly service. We did lots of research and decided to book this…read morehotel because it's a bit farther drive from certain attractions but in exchange, it's a quieter stay which my family welcomes. No, there is no complimentary breakfasts but there is a Starbucks and breakfasts for purchase. Plus, if you take the drive in less than two miles, there's plenty of breakfasts dining. There's a hotel policy of cleaning service every other night and if you stay for at least 8 days, they will change the bed sheets. I'm knocking off one star because the swimming pool is outdoors and it's not available for guests yet.

1-Star Review - Courtyard by Marriott Atlanta Perimeter Center…read more This was one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Before arriving, I contacted the hotel and explained that our flight landed at 5:20 AM and asked if our room could possibly be ready earlier than our scheduled 8:00 AM check-in. I was told the hotel was sold out and to call the next morning to see what was available. Fair enough. When we arrived around 6:00 AM, the front desk agent seemed half asleep, uninterested, and generally clueless about what was going on. We were told our reserved King room wasn't available, but we could take a double room temporarily and switch into our King room later. We accepted because we had been traveling all night and just needed somewhere to rest. Later that day, when I followed up about moving into the room we originally booked, the story changed completely. Suddenly there were no rooms available, nobody could clean the room, and we were told we'd have to wait until noon the next day. Every interaction felt like an inconvenience to the staff. What made the experience worse was the attitude. Every response was the same canned, nonchalant answer: "We're almost sold out," "We'll respond as soon as possible," or "Early check-in is just a request." No ownership. No effort to help. No concern that we were given information at check-in that turned out to be completely inaccurate. I understand that hotels can be busy and rooms may not always be available early. That's not the issue. The issue is being told one thing, then another, while dealing with staff who appear lazy, unaccommodating, and completely indifferent to guest concerns. If you're going to promise a room change, honor it. If you can't, be honest from the beginning. Poor communication and even worse customer service turned what should have been a simple stay into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I will not be staying at this property again.
