Its $98 for each additional hour. The truck seats 20 kids and they can play pretty much all of the video games that are out. This is a teenage boys dream. I also ordered the bumper balls. They are huge rubber balls that the kids get inside of and can roll around and bump into eachother. Seems like it'll be fun. They also offer laser tag. I didn't include this but maybe next time. The bus barely sat 6... she lied to me to get my business. Not cool. This party was for 15 year old boys and she sends me a freaking truck with wii and Xbox 360s. Wtf??? Not only did she Rip me off. She did not respond to my email changing the place of the party nor did she respond to any of my phone calls prior to the party or the day off the party. Terrible business. This was my second time using this company to rent tables and chairs for an event I was throwing…read more The first time I received a few folding chairs that were dirty and needed to be wiped off, I cleaned them up myself and didn't make a big deal about it. The second time I rented 24 chairs and 5 tables from this company for $90.00, I'd say 20 of the chairs were dirty and needed to be cleaned. On top of that i was shorted one chair when I got home is when i realized this. I brought all this information up to the girl that was working there and said I would like to speak to manager about it because this wasn't the first time and I felt as though I deserved a reimbursement, the manager never contacted me and I was told by the girl that a reimbursement would go back into my account for their unprofessionalism. I would have been happy with just $20 out of the $90 put back for having to clean 20 of their dirty chairs but i instead received $6.87. All in all don't use this company they are unprofessional, over priced, and just plain incompetent business owners.

I rented four outdoor heaters using this company. They said pick up was from 8:30a-5p and I had…read moresomeone there to pick up around 9. They were told the heaters weren't ready and would call when they were. They weren't ready until the afternoon. Picked them up, three were fine however one was bent in the middle and wouldn't stand straight. When we tested them that heater didn't work. We set it aside because there was no point and went about setting up. Later into the event we really needed the heater so we decided to work on it and see if we could get it working. We messed around with it a bit and then thought maybe they hadn't changed the propane tank. So we used our own propane tank to test it and it worked. The point is I shouldn't have to spend time messing with something I rented in supposed good working condition. I requested a refund on the basis that the heater didn't work. Which it didn't. They gave me back $20 for the broken propane tank. (well said they will, I haven't gotten it yet) Bottom line is if you want things in nice condition AND working don't rent here.
