My first order was over the phone and I called around 12pm on New Year's Eve for 2 last minute balloon trees. They said yes and charged a pricey delivery fee which is understandable. They ended up being 1.5 hours late, but again, I didn't complain because I know the order was last minute. After the event, I called asking for a receipt because they never emailed it to me as promised. I called, emailed, called some more and finally 3 weeks later I get a receipt. During one of those emails, I placed a simple helium tank order for delivery and followed up multiple times and each time I was told all is well and in place. Finally I get a PayPal invoice and it was a bit higher than expected. I asked if I could return the tank the next day to save half the delivery and the owner said yes. My order was scheduled at 12:30 that day, so I called at 1:40 asking where the tank is. She said that she thought I didn't want the order anymore and the earliest she can get me my balloons is at 4pm!!! My event started at 5:30pm. I hung up and vowed never to do business with these people again. I also heard through the grape vein that this isn't the first time this company has done this. If you want good service and balloons delivered on time, look elsewhere.
