Amazing! Great massage from start to finish. First, the booking on-line is super easy, one of the best I've seen. Super easy to see Dale's availability, pricing, and massage styles. I booked on a whim and managed to get an appointment for the next day at exactly the time I was hoping for. Second, the ambience is really nice. The rooms are nice and warm, music is good, and it always smells like lavender. Not at all noisy, as there are just two treatment rooms and a bathroom in the suite. Third, the massage was awesome. People always say my muscles are like steel (not in a good way) and Dale managed to work out the chronic tension I have in my right shoulder and neck. REALLY great massage. We were out of town for the weekend in Lake Geneva and just did a couples massage at Element Massage Studio. Oh my goodness. They were AMAZING! When we first walked into space it is incredibly decorated. The calm atmosphere is incredible. We were warmly greeted at check in. Everyone was so friendly and kind. We then were led to the gorgeous room for our couples massage. The beds are so incredibly comfortable. Heated tables, very comfortable. I had Tiffany for my massage and she was incredible. She was able to find the spots that I talked about before we started. She was so kind and listened to everything I was telling her and it was not rushed at it. Her technique was amazing and what an incredibly nice person. Excellent. My boyfriend had Kate as his massage therapist and said exactly the same thing. This was an amazing experience from start to finish. My two girlfriends and I booked 60 minute massages this past weekend. We were welcomed so warmly by the staff. And the space is a surprisingly warm, cozy and inviting oasis (as it's located in an office building so that result could be difficult to achieve). There are so many nice and thoughtful touches throughout the common territory and in the treatment rooms that you feel as though you might not want to leave. I know that both of my friends had excellent massages but I can not recall the names of their massage therapists. Dale, who is so kind and warm, was my massage therapist and I could not have had a better experience. He asked me a few questions first and then proceeded with the massage. During the massage, he did ask me if the pressure was sufficient or if in certain areas, I preferred more or less. Dale truly listened;I was so appreciative for that as sometimes more pressure works best for some of those stubborn knots and aches. Dale also applied hot stones during the treatment which added an even greater element to my relaxation and goals for this massage. It was by far the bet massage I have had. When my girlfriends and I reconvened in the waiting area, we could hardly move as we were so relaxed. We sighed repeatedly (the good kind), sipped water and just enjoyed the effects of three excellent massages. Since I live in the area, I know that I will be back! read more

He was very attentive to my specific issues and went above and beyond to work out some kinks in my back and neck area. I wish I lived closer as I would make massages a regular thing if I were able to go to Dale. Sometimes you go to a masseuse and they just go through the motions to get through the hour.
