We bundled this hotel with our southwest vacation flight. The pictures on the website looked decent. Honestly, we're not that picky. We wanted a modern and clean room. We booked 2 queen beds and a queen pull out sofa bed. Pros: - Complimentary breakfast downstairs in lobby. A variety of different options to choose from. There are daily breakfast specials where they cook in front of you. - Friendly customer service; front desk was great! Forgot her name. She was very helpful and accommodating! - modern and clean enough rooms - happy hour beer/snacks in lobby - close by to a few attractions like Universal, Seaworld, Discovery Cove (we went to visit Disneyworld tho) - appreciated the pull out bedding set Cons: - AC was not working. Called maintenance to come and fix, which they did, but it still was not blowing cold air. It was better than before, but not how you would expect an AC to feel like. We were dying in the humid room waiting for them to fix the ac after being on a long flight. - The shower drain did not drain very well. The drain was not like other drains, which were round. This drain was rectangular had a cover on it. We had to remove the cover ourselves to clear out the drain so that water would go down, otherwise we were standing in our own dirty water. - Parking was a bit confusing. You have to scan a QR code and prepay through a 3rd party parking company. Overall, we would stay again! Especially with the Southwest Vacation bundle!

Solid hotel experience that is right off of International Drive! Really convenient location if you are looking to go to Universal or Sea World. Super convenient for being close to the convention center as well. The hotel rooms are decently comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and large walk in shower. While not aiming for luxury, the room itself is still well appointed and service by the staff is solid. The complementary breakfast offerings are much more extensive than I expected, with various hot foods to go along with pastries, bagels, etc. parking is a little annoying since there is paid parking only. But overall, a good location to stay at :)

Please read this review before you even consider this hotel. The front desk staff was quite possibly the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with, the rest of the staff was lovely. Our issues with this property started from the moment we checked in, the room we originally were promised was given to another party because we were checking in late. I tried not to make too much of a fuss about it but when we went into the room itself it was absolutely filthy and disgusting. I am a huge fan of "a picture is worth a thousand words," so I've included two, one of the feces-streaked toilet and the second the sofa bed they gave us in lieu of our original room, which was NOT only stained but also smelled of wet dog. When I went to the front desk to complain, they told us "tough luck, there are no other rooms available." We then asked for bedding for the sofa bed since there was none in the room, and they told us they would send someone one. Mind you, this was around 10 PM, they arrived with the bedding around 11:45. I could go on and on about how terribly we were treated at the property, but ultimately, I thought Marriott would do right by us, considering we have Platinum Elite status for quite some time. Their response? We're sorry that happened to you, here are 8k points and gtfo of our face. Damn. Rude. This sole experience has soured me on the entire Bonvoy experience. Please do not put your family through this ordeal, there are plenty of other nicer hotels nearby that actually treat you like a human being. P.S Parking is not included and it $26 bucks a night, something they do not advertise.

I just stayed here over the weekend for a festival I was attending. I can not express how happy I am that I picked this place. The staff was so friendly & answered any & all questions. My room was clean & always refreshed. The breakfast that was offered every morning was delish! Plenty of options to choose from including eggs, potatoes, waffles, muffins, cereal. The pool & yard area was kept clean & they had little games for you to play

Where you stay matters and Element did not disappoint! We were able to check in a bit early thanks to Latana at the front desk. She upgraded us to the best room ever (room 822). We had a beautiful view of the Eye. The room was heavenly! The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was great. I would recommend turning the shower on a good 20 minutes before getting in since it took that long to get hot water flowing but even that wasn't a negative. Valet parking ($30) was worth it. It is a smoke free property which I can respect. The breakfast was A+. It was VERY good and my whole family enjoyed it. We will be back for sure! The sunrise was spectacular. The discount for the Icon Park restaurants are great also.

We stayed here for a quick overnight stay after our cruise, and it was a great choice. The room was clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable place to unwind. While we didn't have time to explore the amenities or facilities, the location was perfect--just a short drive to SeaWorld and Aquatica. The only downside was the extra charge for parking, but overall, it was a solid option for a quick and easy stay.

If you don't follow your GPS like it's the voice of God, you'll drive past this place at least 10 times wondering if you're being pranked. Once you finally find it, though, you're in for a surprise. The hotel is attached to a magnificent steakhouse and gives off this classy vineyard-patio vibe that makes you feel like you're about to attend a wine tasting, even if you're just there for work like I was. Walking up, there are beautiful outdoor tables with glass tops where guests can relax, eat, and pretend they're important. Then you walk into the lobby and BAM dark wood floors, elegant furniture, comfortable sofas, and enough atmosphere to make you wonder, Wait what did I accidentally book? I was honestly concerned I'd somehow clicked the wrong hotel and was about to max out my credit card. Nope. Surprisingly affordable. The room? Fantastic. You've got a Keurig machine ready to fuel your caffeine addiction, a nice big TV, all the amenities you need, and then there's THE BED. Listen, I don't know if it's a pillow-top, a cloud-top, a Sleep Number, a NASA mattress, or if angels personally fluff it every afternoon, but that thing is dangerous. I laid down for what felt like five minutes and woke up the next morning. I slept harder than a newborn after a bottle. Now let's talk about room service. They have this little stand where you order directly from the steakhouse downstairs. I ordered dinner, expecting hotel prices that require a small bank loan. The bill was $35. I nearly called the front desk to report a pricing error. Meanwhile, I was hungrier than a hostage, and they delivered a meal fit for royalty. For a brief moment, I genuinely felt like a VIP. The hotel also has a nice bar for those who enjoy a drink. I don't drink, but if I did, I probably would've celebrated finally finding the entrance. Bottom line: great atmosphere, beautiful property, comfortable rooms, amazing food, affordable prices, and a mattress that may have supernatural powers. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. Would I still need GPS to find it? Also absolutely.

Not once did the waitstaff ever come by to offer me more coffee at breakfast. So, for service I give 3 stars. However, the bartender at the pool was wonderful! She was very nice and attentive. The valets were all great! The front desk staff were all wonderful. It's really just the waitstaff in the restaurants that need to get better. We loved our room. We had a view of the pool. I did call downstairs to ask for a magnifying mirror and a weight scale. They said they didn't have either. Fortunately they called back and did in fact have a scale and brought it up to my room. I would hope a nice hotel like this would have magnified mirrors for the bathroom. The food and drinks in the restaurants were good. No complaints. The location is great. We were able to go out and about without worrying about driving, which made the trip even more enjoyable. The hotel was easy to find, and parking is conveniently located right across the street with simple in-and-out access (though, of course, there is a parking fee -- which is never fun). Inside, the hotel is very clean, beautifully decorated, and the staff was accommodating throughout our stay. Our room was on the fifth floor, which I actually prefer when staying in a city -- the higher up, the better to avoid street noise. One of my favorite features of Embassy Suites is the room layout. The separation between the living room and bedroom is ideal, especially if someone wants to rest while others are still awake. The rooms have consistently been clean and feel very homey. Everything was great -- until Sunday morning. This is a dog-friendly hotel, which we love since we bring our dog and take her on walks so she's not stuck inside all weekend. However, checkout morning was pure chaos. One of the two elevators was out of service, it was peak checkout time, and there was also a princess pageant event happening, so the hotel was much busier than usual. Trying to get downstairs with my dog was extremely frustrating. I looked for stairs but wasn't sure if they were alarmed. When I asked an employee to confirm, she looked at me like I had five heads, which didn't help my already thin patience (I definitely did not have enough coffee for that situation). I eventually just went downstairs. Coming back up was even worse -- the line for the single working elevator was ridiculous. When I asked the front desk about the stairs, I was told they were accessible from outside. I didn't realize I needed my key card to re-enter through the outdoor stairwell (which makes total sense -- I was just aggravated at that point). After going back inside and trying again, I ended up walking up five flights of stairs with my dog. Thankfully, we had requested a late checkout, so we avoided the absolute peak of the chaos. Our friends on the third floor ended up carrying their luggage down the stairs because waiting for the elevator wasn't worth it. Unfortunately, being on the fifth floor with a lot of luggage, that wasn't really an option for us. Aside from that stressful morning, we really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary evening happy hour with drink tickets and small bites is always a highlight. We also had breakfast on Saturday morning -- and honestly, the breakfast is a major deciding factor whenever we choose to stay at a Hilton. Overall, a great stay with one very frustrating checkout experience.

We also enjoyed milkshakes from the malt shop. The room was fine - we had a suite with a little kitchenette and it was spacious enough for a few days. **My only real complaint (and the reason for my lower review) was the quality of the furniture. My daughter was leaning against one of the end tables to plug something in on the other side the night before we were hitting Epic Universe early, and it collapsed below her. She fell on top of it and some portion of it punctured her leg (we think a metal pin that was poking out from one of the broken legs). We contacted hotel management, and they came with hotel security who did some basic first aid and took away the broken tables (the other one also broke from her fall). We're grateful she wasn't injured more seriously (at least that we know of yet), but it could have been so much worse if that pin had punctured a more delicate area of her body. It also definitely made the next day at the park a lot harder for her with leg pain, etc. They really need to upgrade/inspect the furniture to make sure it's safe for guests.
