I introduced myself and briefly detailed what my call was about, they responded by saying: "I've talked to 500 people this weekend , I don't know what you're talking about." In the rudest manner and a snarky tone as if I was to bow down and kiss his spa repairing feet and hands. I clarified that we'd been emailing over the weekend and that I wanted to get a technician booked to asses and execute a repair. Again, he had some smart ass response.
