From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and full of excuses related to crews, scheduling, and plaster delays. We were repeatedly told work would begin "next week," but no progress was made. We paid 90% of the total contract, yet there is no plaster, no cover, and no equipment installed. At this point, our contract with Keith and his company is terminated, as it became clear the project would not be finished. We are now in a legal process to recover our money. Based on our experience, we strongly caution anyone considering Keith and his company.
