Stopped the membership because they continued to cancel last minute on my wife, after the third or fourth time, we canceled. After canceling, we were given several credits. Called today to schedule another appointment and to use one of the credits, was told they expired last month. Had been in earlier this year prior to them expiring and was never told these expire. The massage was advertised as a 1hour massage. It actually was 45 minutes (not even 50). It's not about the money, but it's simply a lie and I don't appreciate being lied to. The massage therapist refused putting more pressure saying that she was doing what she physically could. She barely put any pressure whatsoever. 3.5/5 I get massages fairly regularly and was excited to try this spot after recently moving to the area. The good-I think their pricing (with the membership, $60/hr) is good, and my massage therapist had excellent technique and gave me one of my better deep tissue massages. The bad-the room was FREEZING, I was shivering the entire time during my massage. The therapists hands were initially also cold but heated up as he worked on my back. What made me pretty uncomfortable was how he talked about recent events (including vaccines, leading me to believe he probably wasn't), wasn't wearing a mask (I had my service about 1-2 months ago), and reeked of cigarette smoke. As a healthcare worker who has been caring for Covid patients, I was a bit turned off by this attitude. I will probably return when I need another massage as the location and price are good, but I will likely go with another therapist next time. read more

I called to book a 90 mins Himalayan Hot Stone massage and got an appointment for later the same day which was impressive. The receptionist was very nice and explained their introductory rates which I took advantage of. Upon arrival (10 mins before my appt), I was greeted warmly and given the usual form to fill out and was told my therapist would be out shortly. About a minute or two later she picked me up, also greeted me warmly we then walked over to the massage room. I asked to use the restroom briefly and returned in less than 5 mins. We walked in, she asked if I'd like the blanket warmer on and then asked me to undress and wait for her under the covers while she stepped out. I did just that and waited.......she eventually came back in and went to work. Overall the massage was just okay, nothing special or anything to write home about. The oils used were very basic/unscented. The room itself didn't smell like anything. At all. I'm used to spas that smell like some sort of scent either lavender or eucalyptus. Something! But this wasn't the case. I know to add aromatherapy oils to your massage was an extra charge but I hoped the room would at least have a soothing/relaxing scent. My massage began at 5:15 and ended just before 6:30 pm...clearly not 90 minutes. The therapist was very friendly and checked in frequently to see if the pressure was okay, no issues with her. Just not crazy about the place overall, promotional price on yelp is what brought me in but I probably wouldn't go back. read more

I went to elements for the first time today after a few weeks of severe shoulder and neck stiffness from my desk job. I got a massage last week at a different popular spa and it didn't relieve my pain and stiffness at all. Jessica at Elements was a great masseuse, and even gave me advice on some stretches to do at work and some adjustments I could make to alleviate my issues. I'll definitely be going back! read more

Love this place!!! The studio is beautiful and very clean. The staff is amazing and everyone is super friendly. I've gotten a massage a couple of times and had a great experience each time. I swear after the first massage my back and body felt 120x better. I've been going to Elements Massage for a few years now using the membership program. Each visit has been a positive experience and keeps me coming back. I've had a number of therapists and they were all excellent. In October, I began more serious hiking and after a few months, began to feel pain/discomfort behind my knee. I actually started timing my massages after my weekend hike. Luis is now my go to therapist. From the first visit where I explained the problem, I really felt safe with him in my treatment. Each therapist I have seen has been well trained and responsive to individualizing my massage to meet my needs: a rare thing these days to find a therapist not attached to doing the same boring Swedish routine all the time. Every staff member I have encountered has been polite, professional and responsive. It is a very inviting, comfortable and clean environment. I scheduled an appointment because I was in a lot of pain. I gave them my credit card because they reminded me many times i would be charged a fee if I canceled. I had to confirm my attendance via email and text the day before. I went out of my way to make sure I could make it so I wouldn't get charged including getting a sitter for my kids. Three hours before my appointment they told me my masseuse wasn't going to make it and I would have to reschedule - like it was no big deal. If you're going to have a cancellation policy where you charge people, then may I suggest having a backup on call in case a masseuse can't make it? People go out of their way to make the appointment to not get charged, you should show the same effort. read more

Why can't time fly at work like it does during a massage? I purchased a Groupon for a package of three massages at Elements Massage, and it has quite possibly been one of my best purchases. I was a little disappointed with my initial experience because my massage ended up being 42 minutes, although the massage itself was great. When I addressed this issue with the girl at the front desk, she kindly offered to upgrade me to a hot stone massage for the next one. I just had my second massage today with Amy, and it was great. She concentrated on my neck where I had a large knot, and made sure I was satisfied with the pressure throughout the entire massage. She even gave me some exercises to incorporate into my daily routine to alleviate my neck pain. My only complaint is that the massage is advertised as 60 (or 90) minutes, but there's no disclaimer/fine print that states that it's actually 50 (or 80) minutes of actual massage time. This should be made clear to all customers. read more

I also like that the prices for upgrades such as hot stone and aromatherapy are clearly listed, no mystery. I always feel cheap if I have to ask the price. Surprisingly, I was able to book a same- day appointment, even on a Saturday. When you enter Elements, the decor is beautiful, relaxing and higher end than I was expecting for a shopping center. The women at the front desk were friendly and professional. I filled out some new client paperwork, and then my massage therapist came to show me to the room. She listened to my goals for the massage. I liked that during the service she followed my lead and was quiet, although she did check in with me several times to see if the pressure was good for me. When I was finished, I was given a bottle of water and a "prescription" with her recommendations for my therapy. I do not think this will be a regular thing for me, but I would definitely go back next time I want to treat myself. read more
