This place is very clean, the therapists are usually pretty good and it has a nice spa feeling. It is one of the most expensive places to get a massage in the valley though and I'm not convinced that it is totally worth it. I waffled back and forth between 3 and 4, and ultimately landed on just A-ok. I've had probably 10 massages here over the past few years. My partner loves to get them for me for Mother's Day and birthdays. Which is always so sweet and welcome. Sometimes the therapist is really good and listens to my desires, other times they just do their own thing. The atmosphere is pretty nice. They have calm music playing in the rooms and low lights. The beds are pretty comfy and they use a heating pad to keep you warm. The main reason that I can only give them 3 stars is the bang for your buck. You're quoted as getting a 60 minute massage but it's really 45-50 minutes. The appointment is 60 minutes. One time I was shorted so much, I said something to the admin and was told that the therapists need time at the end to discuss "medical needs". Eye roll. If they could work on their affordability, I would feel comfortable patronizing them more. As it is, I can go somewhere small and local for cheaper. read more

If I've ever given a score that I felt so confident about, I think this would be it. Elements is the epitome of an average massage parlor. Good variety of services are available, but I haven't tried them all. What I have tried, has me questioning their value. As it stands, elements is extremely expensive for the valley. They offer different enhancements for your massage, and 60 minute session are more like 50/45. The conversation time at the beginning and end eats into your service. I have never left this massage parlor feeling refreshed or experienced the draining sensation. Unfortunately, because of the cost and the average service I can't rate this higher that a two. If it was closer to $50 a service it would be a three. read more

The wife just got back from a massage and the therapist actually told her that she couldn't massage her back in certain areas because the muscles were too tight. HELLO! That's why she was there! She also ran out of time and couldn't get to all the spots my wife needed. The therapist said that an hour wasn't enough time. Very disappointed. read more

First off, this score does not reflect the massage therapist I saw. Crystal is one of the best message therapists I've ever had and I love her sessions. She is absolutely 5 stars. However, the business itself leaves much to be desired. We joined the massage membership program. One 60 minute massage auto billed every month at a reduced rate. Excellent idea, horrible execution. Scheduling massages was a complete mess. Every single month our massages would cancel or get moved at the last minute. I once confirmed an appointment by text & email only to show up the next morning and be told I wasn't on the schedule. Rescheduling these appointments was ridiculous too. They were constantly booked out for at least a month a time. In the end it wasn't worth the pain and hassle and we cancelled. It's too bad. read more

I had a massage here and the massage itself was fine, but the process I went through in order to get the massage ensured I won't be back. The ladies at the desk gave me a tablet to click through various language and sign some waivers before I was able to get the massage. As I was browsing it I noticed one item said had to accept being spammed with marketing materials. Again, this was REQUIRED to get the massage. I immediately stopped, took the tablet back to the desk and said this is ridiculous and I'm not agreeing to be spammed just to get a massage. I was told I couldn't get the massage unless I agreed to it, but that they would remove me from all spam lists after I signed it. I still wasn't happy about how obnoxious this was, and I warned them that if I got a single piece of spam I wouldn't be back and they assured me they'd take care of it. Guess what... I was spammed anyway. It still makes my blood boil that a company can't just be pleased to get my business, but has the balls to demand I allow them to harass me with marketing. Just an absolutely terrible business model and I would encourage everyone to go elsewhere. read more

It's clean and relaxing in here. The staff were courteous and welcoming. I had a prenatal massage and enjoyed it. I'll have to go later on and do an update for deep tissue massage once I'm not pregnant. The one thing I LOVED- is there wasn't tons of talking- the hallways were quiet- which is how it should be in a spa when you are trying to relax, clear your mind, and focus on your massage. My therapist also didn't talk my ear off and let me enjoy my massage. That's priceless. I hate going for a massage and having someone question me for a full hour. I had an hour reflexology massage with Holly and it was amazing! She gives a wonderful therapeutic massage. She had very firm pressure and I could tell she knew what she was doing. She pinpointed areas where I was having pain and worked to relieve the tension! An hour was definitely not enough time so next time I'll be sure to book a 90 minute massage! If you are use to a really good massage do not go here. I had a terrible massage. It was torture waiting for it to end. The massage is suppose to make me relax not make me miserable. The place is mediocre at best. The massage table is outdated, blankets are staunch, and the sheets are maybe a 100 thread count. I told my MT I liked deep pressure. I told him 3 times (as he never asked) and his pressure never changed. In fact, there wasn't any pressure at all.... just a miserable rub! If I could give ZERO stars I would! read more

Extremely dissatisfied as I was asked if I had any problems and thought​ I should let them know I explained my problem. I went in for a full body massage and came out with paying for a full body but the massage person spent most of the time on my neck and shoulders. Should never have told them anything but just go in for the full body massage. Felt like I paid for a service that I did not get. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. read more

This was my first time at this location, when I booked the massage I was asked to show up 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I showed up 10 minutes early to find the doors locked. There was a girl sitting on the curb who I realized worked there. She was on her phone talking, looked back at me and then went back to talking on the phone. Another girl showed up about 5 minutes later and phone girl yelled to her that the back door was locked and front desk hadn't shown up so they couldn't get in and that her client was here. The other girl (who was supposed to do my massage) sat down next to phone girl. This whole time I'm just standing next to my car and they both chose to ignore me. My massage was at 10, at 10:05 I had enough, walked up to the girls and said I was sorry but this was incredibly unprofessional. The girl who was going to do my massage said if I wanted to go she understood. I told her I was sorry and it was nothing against her but she needed to let her boss know how unprofessional this situation was. I did receive a phone call later on the day and was offered a free 90 minute massage that I declined. I will NEVER go back to this company and I would never refer anyone here. Had the employees acknowledged me or explained that they didn't know what was going on I would have accepted the free massage. I felt incredibly embarrassed and so upset. Teach your employees about customer service, I was blown away at the lack of professionalism. My tattoo artist I'm sure will appreciate this situation because he's now getting the funds I would have spent. read more
