It's about time I submit a long awaited review. LOL! I have been coming here since 2023. I signed up for the wellness program then at $89/month. I have received many massages with many therapists. Each therapists has a variety of skills and experience levels. Some are no longer there unfortunately. Currently, I have been seeing Angelo and Steph. I am fond of both of them and enjoy what they bring to the table. I usually feel great afterwards. My body telling me "Thank You!!" LOL! The three ladies at the reception counter have always been nice and welcoming. When I have left messages, they always return my call. I receive text reminders for my upcoming massage appointment and am able to confirm or cancel. There are upgrades that you can purchase to name a few: -Cupping -CBD Oil -Integrative Reflexology -AromaRitual -Himalayan Salt Stones -Hot Stones Additionally, you may use your wellness program at other locations. I have used it at the Kent and Maple Valley locations. Lastly if on the wellness program, you may opt to have a facial instead of massage. Today was my first experience at an Elements Massage and I will definitely be back. The front desk workers were very friendly and checked me in quickly. I did have about a 15 minute wait but I didn't mind. I ended up getting an incredible massage from Chelsea-she adjusted the pressure at my request and spent extra time working out painful knots in my shoulders. Highly recommend booking with her! I was given a 90 minute massage as a gift from my employer. I was shocked to see that they had paid $175 for this!!!!! I had Beth and she was VERY kind, but also fairly new. She missed areas (did one arm and not the other). The pillow where you put your head was extremely uncomfortable. The massage itself was good and I enjoyed talking with Beth, however I don't think that this was worth $175. This is my 2nd time going here and I was underwhelmed. So we decided to check out elements massage for the first time. We booked an appointment for a couples massage, and were each sent something to fill out for a "medical paperwork" that was basically are you taking any meds. Me thinking that I should probably be honest, admitted to taking a very low dose pain pill, this is where the fun begins. We showed up with a little time to spare, they were VERY late getting us back, and when they got us all the way back to the room stated that they could not do a massage on a person on a pain pill, because I might not feel the pressure. I asked them "You know thats not how a pain pill works right?" They could produce nothing in writing, but stated it was "common knowledge", and "common practice". I even mentioned that it was 12 hours prior when I last took my pill, they doubled down with "common practice is 24 hours". To pause for a moment, I get massages regularly, and this has never been an issue, most of the places were aware of me taking a pain pill, and a family member of mine taught massage and had never questioned this. We walked out, and the gal at the counter had the audacity to add "we won't charge you for today, we will take care of everything." I was upset about the massage, sure, but what really ticked me off was they had sent me the medical form via text, and also had my email, was there no way to let me know about this policy before I drove for 20 minutes and then waited in their lobby for another 30 minutes? Very unprofessional, I will let a construction worker hit me with a mallet on the back before I step one foot in there again. Very dismissive and frankly lazy, you don't want to do a massage, fine, tell me before I drive and wait. I should add, it is legal to drive on this medication, it is legal to carry and shoot a firearm on this medication, but not for someone to rub my back. I went in feeling okay and actually left with my back in more pain. not a good massage, felt no relief after an hour. front desk ladies really don't want you to walk out without committing to your next appointment. super annoying to be bombarded with upselling when this was just a gift I received in the first place. read more

The massage they provide is always great. Michael is a little rough and will hurt you if you don't like it deep. My main concern is their front desk staff. They are absolutely terrible. I've been a member with Elements for about a year now and I have always gotten terrible service at this location. They literally NEVER answer the phone. It is hard to get scheduled or let them know you need to cancel or reschedule due to them not answering their phone. The valley location is amazing. If you call them and they don't pick up they always follow up with a text message and you get a response from one of the AMAZING front desk staff right away. This morning alone, I have called the south location in regard to my appointment 4 times now and still no answer. I dare them to try charging me for missing my appointment seeing that I called twice last night and have called 4 times this morning. They really need to step up their game in providing better service. This is a place to relieve stress not be stressed. read more

Wonderful tranquil place and very well ran. The environment and front staff are very welcoming. I had a great what I would call deep deep tissue massage today. I saw Armani and she was really good at pinpointing and working out tension knots. The facility is huge with probably twelve rooms, they're comfortable and dark. The tables are warmed nicely. I would recommend this location, they are great. Getting a massage makes you realize how regularly your body could use it! Very relaxing and resetting. read more

After my first visit, I was impressed enough to sign up for the wellness membership. That was four months ago and every visit since has been a great experience. The front desk staff has paired me up perfectly with different therapists (gotta say that Spencer is my fave). And when I brought my mom and teenage daughter in for a family treat, they too got paired up just right. This isn't a fancy, indulgent kind of place where you're gonna pay $100 and lounge about in a plush robe with a mimosa... It's practical and clean and oh so calming. read more

My Wife and I experienced several poor messages leaving us with pain. Good massages, am even a member, but it is practically impossible to reach anyone by phone. You can call a dozen times, regardless of a weekday or weekend, and no one answers. Just goes to voicemail. You can leave a message, but there's no certainty to when you hear back. Disappointing. read more

I booked an appointment at Elements Massage Spokane South up on the South Hill for a postpartum massage and had such a wonderful experience! I saw Kelly 3 and from the moment I arrived they were very professional and conscientious about the fact I recently gave birth and even recommended that I not have an aromatherapy massage as it might mess with nursing. The masseuse and front desk staff wore masks the whole time which made me feel a lot safer and Kelly was careful about discussing any sensitive/sore areas before the massage began. She even mentioned that they have special massage tables for prenatal massages with cutouts for your belly and chests to help make it more comfortable for expecting and postpartum mamas. You could tell she really knew her stuff and enjoyed helping people relax through her work. I left feeling so relaxed and taken care of! Also, a bonus-they accept many insurance companies and will look up your benefits for you right there! Good customer service, reasonable pricing, great massage, calming atmosphere and easy parking. I had a massage a little over a month ago and really wanted to take some time before writing my review. Overall, I was underwhelmed by my experience at Elements Massage. My original irritation happened with scheduling- I had made the staff member aware that I have sensitive skin and needed oil because I am allergic to lotions, and also advised them that I could only schedule from 10AM-11AM (start time) or after 12PM because of a strict medication schedule. I got my appointment confirmed for 10:30AM and was told that using oil would be no problem. The morning of my appointment, I got a call at around 9:30AM asking me if I could come in at 11:30 instead of 10:30 so they could squeeze more appointments on the books- clearly, this was something I had already advised them I couldn't do. Upon my arrival, I was told that they no longer use oil, except for CBD oil that is normally an extra $25 charge, that they would include at no charge my first visit...which is not something I'm willing to purchase every time, especially since any other place I've gone has multiple options to choose from at no added cost. The owner also felt the need to "mansplain" to me what CBD oil was, despite me telling him I worked in the cannabis industry for several years. The massage itself was just okay- the next day I had knots right back where they were and they stayed for the next week. When cashing out, they really love to push their package deals and services, which I do understand, but it was quite aggressive. I ended up going somewhere else for my permanent massage therapy sessions and will not be back. read more

Went in to get a massage due to and L&I workplace injury. After 3 days they finally called me back to let me know they processed my paperwork and could get me in. Too late. I found another masseuse that took care of me the same day. After multiple dealings with them I always leave feeling that they are rude/indifferent to the needs of the client. read more

I showed up ten minutes early as asked to fill out some paperwork which was fine and I was offered some water, which was nice. My appointment was for three and at a few minutes past three I was told my masseuse was running a little late; I said "no problem!" I continued to wait, and wait and wait. It wasn't until about 3:40 that the manager approached me to inform me that my masseuse was not feeling well and needed to go home. It all seemed rather fishy to me and I do not appreciate having my time wasted and won't be going back, free massage or not. read more

Elements massage is a wonderful place with great service! The atmosphere is relaxing and calming with a fresh new building. I was a guest today and I had a massage therapist by the name of Jessica. She massaged me and can I just say I was disappointed in the massage overall. She did her job but she didn't seem to have the strength to go deep into my sore pained muscles and knots. I have been coming to Elements Massage on the South Hill for some time now and I am a very happy customer. I see Kelly and she has helped relieve the stress in my back (which has been an issue for the longest time) as well as the headache I suffer from. When I walk out I am stress free and relaxed. I am a wellness members and I have to say it is worth every penny. You pay $59 a month and receive a free hour (pretty much you pay $59 for an hour each month) and then you get a discount for any additional appointments you make within that same month. Throw in aroma therapy and your experience is heightened to a whole new level. I have not tried the hot stones yet but I heard those are fabulous too! I have never had an issue when I have to change my appointment, they are always able to get me rescheduled with Kelly in no time. Even when I call last minute to try and make a same day appointment they are able to squeeze me in with Kelly. Massages are not for everyone but I must say Elements takes care of you no matter what ails you. read more
