My husband and I have had many massages. To be honest, we were a little skeptical going to a franchise in somewhat of a strip mall. We were actually quite pleased with the place. We had received a couple massage gift card for Christmas and decided to use it for our 2 year anniversary. At the end of the session, my husband looked at me and said "I hate to admit it, but that was better then our honeymoons couple massage" I didn't disagree. We will definitely be going back. I just got finished with a massage by Montana and I must say, she provided me with one of the best massages I've ever had. As a past massage therapy student it can be hard to actually enjoy a massage as it's easy to critique instead. This is an update to my previous review (located at the end): I signed up for the wellness plan because of a specific therapist. I recently found out that she was no longer going to be working at Elements and therefore, I wanted to cancel my membership. Yes, I know there are other therapists available, but she is the only person I have seen out of many therapists over the last fifteen plus years who is consistent in how she gives a massage. I let the receptionist know that I would be cancelling my wellness plan membership and was told they needed it in writing. That was fine, except I do not live in the Valley and have no need to really ever go to the Valley. This was over a week before I needed to give notice, so I wouldn't be charged for an extra month. I emailed the manager and was finally told that I could go to a closer location, but I would be charged because it was now two days after the 30 day cut off. I suppose I should have learned from previous experience and just not signed up for the plan again. This place just doesn't seem to care much about good, consistent customer service. Original review: 4 Stars: I was happy that Sarah was available there. I was surprised when the gal at the front desk said I was scheduled with someone else, when I specifically asked for Sarah when I scheduled my appointment. I have been an Elements Wellness member for a few months now and LOVE the service I get from the front desk ladies and the massage therapists. I saw a few different therapists in the beginning but have become an avid regular of Cherokee. She's such a wonderful lady and never fails to have me leaving feeling refreshed and relaxed. I have participated in the wellness program for over 3 years and currently have a surplus of 12 massages. Clearly I do not have "need" for additional visits. My HSA card had expired, and seeing as though I had not used my membership as it is intended, I wanted to suspend my membership. Seems simple right..... WRONG, after multiple texts, emails, and phone messages I was informed that I could not suspended my account until I gave my new account number and they charged me for an additional month. So thinking, that this is not some overrated gym membership and that technically they owed 12 full months of massages that I had the freedom to end see other therapists, but atlas I still had to release my credit card and pay another month membership before I could "suspend" my account for 3 months at which time my credit card would once again be charged.... This was a continuing saga and following a 90 minute massage, I was not allowed to leave till I released my credit card and I paid for one more month. By the time I got to my car, I was so frustrated that I immediately tensed up nd pinched a nerve in my back and spent the rest of the night in so much pain that even 2 muscles relaxers and an ice pack did not relieve. I guess I just didn't realize how much my $69.00 was needed.. Hope you can keep the lights on long enough for me to use the 12 remaining visits. read more

I do not recommend Elements in Spokane Valley. I paid for a 90 min massage, I received about 65 minutes instead. The front desk didn't care that I was disappointed, I emailed the business and never received a response. The massage itself was not very good, it was not the professional massage I was expecting. There was not a connection with the therapist at all and her technique was a little awkward. The Elements promise or guarantee is a joke. read more

This place is amazing!!! They are very clean and I have a great experience every time I go! Ana is great, she is an amazing masseuse!! She dedicates every minute of the massage by helping you with any issues you have. I have a lot of neck and shoulder pain which she really helps break down the tightness of those muscles. My headaches have decreased a lot since I have been going going to her. I am part of the 90 min massage program and also pay for the hot rocks, which is a great price compared to other massage businesses. The desk clerks are very friendly and welcoming.
