Their customer service is incredibly poor, and they are completely unreliable when it comes to their operating hours. They advertise that they are open until 4:00 PM, but you are lucky if anyone is actually there by 3:00 PM. The staff is completely unprofessional. I have even seen employees hanging out outside with their friends during business hours, only to slowly saunter back inside when a customer walks in. This raised major red flags for me regarding hygiene and cleanliness, especially for a spa environment. To make matters worse, they sneak in additional hidden fees that are not clearly disclosed upfront. Between the terrible hours, poor hygiene habits, and lack of transparency, it feels like they do not respect their customers' time or money. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this place.

My mom found this location via Groupon and signed up for the 2-hour massage. I went yesterday for the first time and all I can say is wow. I have never had a Thai massage before and Carlos incorporates Thai massage with deep tissue healing and it was one of the most relaxing and best body treatments I have done for myself. As soon as you enter the studio, you remove your shoes and relax in the open waiting area. I love the smooth flooring, quiet atmosphere and healing books on the table. You then fill out some paperwork for the first appointment and are ushered into the massage room when ready. The room has a clothing rack, dim lighting, relaxation music and is very tranquil. Carlos works on your kinks and stretches your muscles and body for a full 2 hours. He and his wife are also some of the most interesting and compassionate people you will ever meet.
