Brian understands how to take preventative measures when it comes to sports as he is an athlete himself. He has done the iron man, triathlons and marathons so he gave me great tips on how to prevent injury to my upcoming marathon run. I had originally gone in because I had sharp pains shooting down my neck and into my back. I was able to walk out being able to turn my neck without any pain. A day later, I'm feeling better than yesterday as a result of the massage. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and recommend getting Brian. My session was with Stephanie, and she worked some deep tissue magic. I'm not going to lie, I was pretty sore afterwards but was expecting to be. But 24 hours later I can look over both shoulders with no problem, and my back feels much more relaxed! So after trying numerous therapists of all kinds for a persistent knee problem that lasted 10 years, I figured i would take a chance on yet another massage therapist and went to see Lee Ann. After 2 treatments, my knee felt better than it had in years and with proper maintenance, I am able to swim, bike and run. I know it sounds unbelievable but they really are that good.
