She may be very very good and she may ordinarily be very nice. Honestly I was glad to hear this. I had hoped she was just having a bad day and it looks like this may be the case. I think this was handled very well by this business owner. She could not have been more prompt and professional. I still will not be returning here, to this location specifically and likely to Great Clips in general. My rating remains the same, since my experience at this store remains quite horrific, but I'm glad to know this owner is caring and involved.

She said they were running behind schedule. It was Prom and the salon was busy. I appreciated that she let me know. My manicure was done by the owner's other employee. He was professional, friendly and did a great job. Even though they were busy, I never felt he was rushing to get my manicure done. This salon has a way of making you feel comfortable and include you in the conversation. I always feel relaxed with beautiful nails when I leave the salon.
