She was very nice and concerned that I had had this experience there. She was surprised this involved "Anna" since she is apparently a highly recommended stylist. She may be very very good and she may ordinarily be very nice. Honestly I was glad to hear this. I had hoped she was just having a bad day and it looks like this may be the case. I think this was handled very well by this business owner. She could not have been more prompt and professional. I still will not be returning here, to this location specifically and likely to Great Clips in general.
