She consulted me at length before beginning the cut and color to make sure I was 100% confident in my decision. She made sure to educate me on the pros and cons for the health of my hair, rather than just upselling for herself. Anna has been caring for my hair ever since and it has been a great experience. She never assumes anything - she listens to what I want/am experiencing, and tailors her services accordingly.
