A couple of hours after said appointment was made, I received a call from them: "Hi, the appointment I booked for you at date, time: she is booked. So I have to cancel your appointment." There was no "Hey, I'm going to book you with someone else" or "Can you come in (at another time)?" Guess they don't need the business.

It made me feel like I was a less important person when they would suddenly jump to a different chair. The soaking water was ice cold and my hand massage, what hand massage. She also didn't do the top coat all the way to the base so in the light you could see the difference in top coated verses not. My second visit, as I thought maybe it was me the first time..I had two different people, cold soaking water, my skin was actually filed raw(see pic) and the paint was crooked and I actually got hang nails after this visit which I never get. They are not friendly. I was constantly having my hands yanked and again the hand massage was nonexistent. Polish chipped same day on top of my skin burning for over a day from the file. I would definitely recommend making an appointment. Edit: this place is really hit or miss depending on who you get. Some of the employees do not listen or understand what you may be asking for. If the owner is there she will usually set things straight, but otherwise it's a bit difficult. My last appointment took 2 hours for a pedicure and no-chip, but it was because I walked in during a super busy time. Edit 2: since I had a different person this time, the manicure didn't last as long. I got a chip after 1 week. However, the pedicure is holding up better. Trade offs I guess! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
