The certificate was for highlights but I just wanted a curly cut. They said it was no issue and long as the service was less than the amount of the gift certificate. That was great. The girl spritzed my hair, added a deep conditioner, barely cut, and done. I was very shocked but polite and left. 119$ and I could have just got a deep conditioner at home. I also had to trim.my hair at another salon the next day. it was a free gift card, so I just let it go.

As they were leaving, a woman came in and stated she did not have an appointment. The stylist who could not take my granddaughter immediately replied she could take her. What changed....well my granddaughter is mixed race and the woman without the appointment was white. This was a great disappointment for my granddaughter especially since she was having her hair done for the prom.
