Ordered balloons for delivery about a week ago. They were delivered this morning but to the wrong…read moreaddress! They delivered them to my neighbor. Rob called and said that he delivered them to my next door neighbor and that I had to go over and get them. He treated it like it was funny. I told him that that defeated the whole reason of why I wanted them delivered. I told him I wanted them delivered because of the whole covid thing. He proceeded to tell me what he thought was how covid was transmissible. I had to go over to my neighbors to get them. I called Rob back and asked for a refund of the delivery charge. He said "why? Because I made a mistake? I delivered them didn't I" he finally agreed to give me $5.00 (half the delivery charge) back. He was unapologetic and very rude.

We recently hired Joy's Balloon's for my daughter's 7th Birthday party and boy did Joy hit the…read moremark. First, I called on Wednesday afternoon and had the balloons arranged for Saturday. Second, when we walked into the party room (1.5 hours before the party), Joy was onsite filling the last of the balloons. They were arranged perfectly throoughout the room and I did not even move one arrangement. The showcase balloon display was my daughter's name spelled out on a small tabletop balloon arch, which was spectacular. Each and very one of our guests told us the balloons displays, especially, the name arch, were beautiful as well as very inexpensive. I would recommend Joy's Balloon's to anyone and will be using Joy for our future parties!
