On the day of the event, the artist was extremely easy to work with. She was friendly, and really great with the kids. And of course, she did wonderful work! When I initially reached out about securing the dates and pricing, she was responsive and clear. The day of the event she showed up early, dressed in an adorable kid friendly costume that was in line with our party theme. From the moment she arrived the kids immediately gravitated towards her. The gym itself is always dirty nothing looks like it gets sanitized, and the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting. But the final straw? One of the owners actually raised her voice at my child because she thought he was taking a toy somewhere he wasn't supposed to. In reality, he was helping clean up a mess that wasn't even his. Imagine yelling at a child who's literally trying to help. Completely unacceptable behavior. The owners have zero warmth, no personality, and clearly no idea how to run a child-focused business. Safe to say we won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to any parent who cares about a respectful, clean, and safe space for their kids.

NOT SERVICE-DOG FRIENDLY!!!!…read more I came here for one of my daughter's classmate's birthday party and I have a registered service dog. In the state of CT, I am not required to prove my disability or if my dog is a service animal by showing them my dog's registration. They secluded me to a space outside of the main play area where my daughter was playing (pictured). There are two other rooms plus another room where the party goes to for cake/food. I am not allowed there either due to my service dog having to be with me. Thank god my partner is with me because I wouldn't feel comfortable with my daughter being in places I can't see her, especially a place as discriminatory as this one. WORST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD AS A DISABLED PERSON.
