I am surprised to see for the amount of money she charges her customer service. We were very specific about what we want her to do and she ended up delivering just 70% of the decor only. She has no help it's her and her husband I believe who pretty much do all the work. Initially when we were finalizing her she gave us the impression that she has a crew working for her which led us to believe that she has enough help to run her business which isn't true at all. She was extremely rude too and very racist to my surprise as I had not read the other reviews on yelp and Google by then. But now that I have read I can see she has a trend of being late, providing poor customer service, being rude and racist.
