The content, accuracy and responsibility for notification of status change has not been impacted by COVID. So when the Title Company sends a preliminary payoff and doesn't follow it up with a firm final payoff, the Title Company did not do their job. When a charge was challenged and the Title Company agreed / said they would look at the challenge then doesn't tell the buyer the charge is accurate and the final value is #########, the Title Company did not due their job. When the Title Company representative assumes a "non-Title-contest person" holds the same knowledge as they do, the representative is not considerate of customer service. Actual meeting and review generated a better understanding. Communications not adequate or effective.
