The atmosphere is clean and the nurses are friendly and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and prices are published on their site (I found they were cheaper than others). The treatment itself feels like a rubber band snapping in the spot but it's only for a short time and I feel like this outweighed having to shave everyday. There are also some precautions you'll need to take 2-4 weeks ahead of time and a couple days after, like aspirin consumption and sun exposure. These are explained to you at time of consultation.

What a scam. "Oh but you get 75% off forever" yea that's still around $400-$800 for what I need. And those prices are only for a Brazilian, underarms and neck and face. Poor customer service/communication from management…read more Long story short: A few months ago I purchased a package of 6 for a service. After 2 treatments their equipment broke which resulted in postponement of 2 treatments. During this time I found out about an unanticipated move for my husbands job. I called to ask about a partial refund from the package since I had only used 2/6 treatments. I asked if I could be charged for the higher individual service price for the two used and refunded the rest that was unused (a difference of $300). This is where my frustration begins... I called twice, a week apart and left a message to ask about the refund. No call back. I stopped by for my 3rd attempt, was told they were in a meeting and someone would call me back. Nothing. I finally called a 4th time and asked them to make me an appointment with a manager to discuss and resolve the matter. I was put on hold and finally told I could come my and pick up a check for a partial refund (relayed through receptionist, still never spoke to a manager). When I picked up the check, it was $50 less than anticipated. I FINALLY talked to someone in management, but they did not have an explanation as to where that extra $50 went... While I am grateful for any refund at all and I am annoyed about the $50, my real frustration was lack of communication. If someone had simply gotten on the phone and had a 5 minute conversation with me a lot of that frustration would have been avoided.
