What a scam. "Oh but you get 75% off forever" yea that's still around $400-$800 for what I need. And those prices are only for a Brazilian, underarms and neck and face. I should have just gone to Milan. At least I could have gone how ever many times I needed to see my results properly. Whitney is an amazing tech so none of this is any shade to her, loved her. They even played relaxing white noise music, and there was minimal chatting during the service so I was able to clear my mind and relax while getting pampered. I previously had a vampire facial by a medical doctor at a medical facility so I understood the intensity involved. Bodybrite's policy is to conduct a pre-test to determine how your skin reacts to the laser. I have some age/sun spots on the back of my hand so Kaitlyn (the nurse) decided that would be a good testing spot. Kaitlyn said she was going to apply the laser a little longer to the age/sun spots. Then she moved the laser down my hand and applied the laser to another age spot. The next day I left to go on vacation. After my vacation, I returned to BodyBrite to show them that deep wounds had formed in those 2 areas. I now have two permanent scars: a noticeable 1-inch scar on the back of my hand and a smaller round scar. My point in writing this is to warn others to AVOID BODY BRITE and any other establishment where nurses are performing laser treatments/procedures. They might be "trained" or "qualified" or have a "certificate" but it is insufficient based on the results I received. What if this had happened to my face? In my opinion, only a medical doctor should perform these treatments. So, please seek a higher standard of care. Save your money and more importantly your skin.

The atmosphere is clean and the nurses are friendly and helpful. It was easy to make an appointment and prices are published on their site (I found they were cheaper than others). The treatment itself feels like a rubber band snapping in the spot but it's only for a short time and I feel like this outweighed having to shave everyday. There are also some precautions you'll need to take 2-4 weeks ahead of time and a couple days after, like aspirin consumption and sun exposure. These are explained to you at time of consultation.

Instead, it was very much like going to a doctor's office. You lie on the table (no blankets or robes), the professional washes your face, puts the peel on, takes it off, and 20 minutes later you are done. The upside of a med spa is typically that you don't have to tip (per the other med spa I go to in town for my laser hair removal), but as I was leaving, the receptionist asked about leaving a tip. I ended up leaving one, but certainly didn't tip 20% on a $95 procedure that lasted 20 minutes. So far, the results have been fine, but if I'm doing a facial procedure at a spa, med spa or not, I want a little pampering and relaxation, so I won't be back.

One thing I especially appreciate about this facility is their effort to stay compliant with the ever changing world of FDA approvals, medical safety, etc. for example, the FDA recently pulled their approval of the SkinPen (AKA micro needling) and as a result te Bella stopped offering the service. I guarantee you many other places around town are still providing it. And on the topic of the SkinPen, they only allow the PAs and nurses to perform the procedure. They also have some reasonably priced products which I found to be in a similar price point to that of Clinique. Not all are that reasonable but a good number are. As far as med spas go, this one is the top of my list here in Omaha.

She did an incredible job and it was quick! She is a little bit more shy however, still so sweet and such an awesome person to work with! The gals working at the front desk are always sweet, I have never felt insecure or miss treated when I go in. They are also helpful and the salon is kept in top shape!
