We always love to take our grandchildren here. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There are so many activities to do for all ages from preschool to teenagers. We come here several times a year and will continue to do so. read more

My skin was obliterated by the trampoline surface but was still fun overall. It is pretty cool and there is a Zipline, rockwall, jousting, obstacle courses, and much more. The staff is usually decent and concessions are good. read more

Always a great time for the kids to burn off some energy. Normally the facilities are well taken care of, however this time, the bathroom was out of paper towels, there was a water mess in the back from a broken water fountain but just a wet floor sign with pooled water. It was nice to see employees walking around picking up garbage. Will still be back! read more

The first couple times we went we just stayed for 2 hours but the kids always want to stay longer. So I decided to get a day pass the last time we went. We were having a great time although it seemed to crowded. After a couple hours we were finally able to get a table to order a pizza. With my children being 4 and 6 I couldn't very well stay at the table the entire time so we got a box for the leftovers and left our brand new slushies along with even a few dollars in change on the table and continued to jump. We came back not that long to get a drink and a brand new family was sitting there. They told us the staff threw it all away and when I spoke to the staff they said if you leave anything unattended they will throw it away. They don't have enough tables to even accommodate their customers at all and it really was almost dangerous with as many people were there. read more

My trainer also went out of his way to research a condition I have that is similar to scoliosis and that taught me about the muscle groups affected by the condition. I also enjoyed the fitness classes, I attended yoga weekly. It doesn't feel like a professional yoga studio, and I mean that in a good way. The classes are small and therefore personal and there is no pressure if you are a beginner and can't do some of the poses. The pricing is really good compared to Riverplex and the YMCA. I focused more on the student rates so I can't speak much to the full membership prices. I do know that landmark has great options such as early hours only, evening hours only, and weekend only for reduced prices. Only downside is that the pool is smaller than the standard 25m. YMCA and Riverplex both have full size pools. However, Landmark's pool is not busy and you actually reserve it so that its never crowded. landmarkrec.com

I will continue to file complaints until this employee learns how to treat customers. She is very sarcastic and does not speak in a friendly customer service like tone. Went with my 6 year old daughter. We arrived about 5pm. I was informed the park closes at 6pm and…read morethe fee would still be for the 90 min jump. I said okay and paid. About 15 minutes into my daughter's jumping, an employee asked me "is that your child"? I replied yes. He said she can't have REGULAR socks on. I said no, she has socks with the grippy things on the bottom from another trampoline park. He later came over and I showed him the bottom of her feet. He walked away. A couple minutes later a teen employee said the exact same thing and I told him the exact same thing and showed him her socks. He said they have to be socks from Elevate. I said, can you go get her some socks then? He said no, you have to pay for them. I told my child to continue playing. A third teen employee approached MY CHILD with the second kid that just approached me, without me being around and I saw him motion for her to get out and said something. My child is looking sad and I became immediately upset. I told him you don't tell my child to get out, you talk to me, don't say shit to my child. He and I both became aggressive in our tones. At this point it's about 5:20pm. The manager comes over, who was actually the first male to approach me. Saying the same script and I said that's fine, can you get her some socks she has less than 30 minutes to play. He repeats no... company policy etc. I respond, well just give me my money back and we can go. He refuses because he says all says all final. I requested a coupon. He says no. I said, well my child will continue to jump. He says he will have to call the police and I replied, "Call them". Because at this point this is Ridiculous! This is a 6 year old trying to have an hour of fun in appropriate socks bought from a similar trampoline park, but because the sell of these socks, are more important than customer service, and he could have easily just given her socks to finish out the 30 minutes or given me a coupon for another day or ANYTHING reasonable, her day was ruined. It was never that serious. I don't think his tone wouldn't have been the same with a white family and I said that! When the police arrived, I went to talk to him after he spoke to the Manager, that claimed I caused a scene and I did not. I said what I said and sat back down. My tone was only aggressive with the young entitled employee who was rude to my child and got loud with me. Once it was clear the Police wouldn't handle the refund issue and told me to call corporate office, the Manager and the very first employee (woman) who I paid became "tough guys" and the female Yelled "Bye, write a review". So I will definitely do that everywhere I can. But ultimately, I want my money refunded or a coupon to another park so she can complete her jump because going to Elevate was the only thing she wanted to do. That manager sucks as his job because this was an EASY fix and then he refused to given me any corporate information because he wanted to show out once the cop showed up. I read the reviews before posting mine and I see my views are not far off from the bulk of others. For the amount they charge, the damn socks should be included or having the same brand/style socks from another park should be fine.

Actually it has an interesting history itself. The zoo has its own business page on Yelp. As for the rest of the park, there's other stuff worth exploring. There's a pretty big lake. Go take a walk across the stone bridge. The park also has a mini golf course and softball fields among other things. Also check out a preserved steam locomotive. There's also a pavilion for those wanting to have a picnic. Has lots of activities throughout the year including festivals and fireworks. It's located east of Morris Avenue and south of Wood Street. They also have entertainment such as outdoor theater.

The only thing you need to know is that this place has cheap mini golf and some of the best ice cream around. The mini golf portion is about $5.50 a person, young ones being cheaper. The course is your typical 18 holes. But this course is quite challenging and I have only sunk a few Hole-in-Ones here. There is a sweet deep blue fountain/waterfall that runs through most of the park. My ball has gone in the water more times than I care to admit. The challenging but fun course aside, the real gem here is their ice cream. Imported all the way from Madison, Wisconsin, this is some of the best that I have. It easily is in my Top 3. My usual is a Caramel ChocoLatte. Sooooo good. The company they get it from is called Chocolate Shoppe Ice Cream and I really want to visit Madison, Wisconsin one day to have ice cream directly from them. All in all, a great place to spend an afternoon putting balls and devouring ice cream. This is actually one of the few places on my blog that falls into two categories. Mini Golf and Ice Cream Shack, since you can pop in and enjoy ice cream without ever stepping on the green.

From what I remember, it was a pretty nice park. Bigger than I was expecting. There is a pool/swimming area for people of all ages to enjoy. It was closed for the season when I visited. There was a big lake adjacent to it that was nice to walk along. It would've been cool to experience the water park, but there is always another day. If you are in the area and the season is just right, take your family/kids/friends/strangers (okay, maybe not strangers) to the park.
