I asked about membership options, and instead of answering, he just pointed vaguely at a wall... that had nothing on it. When I asked a follow-up, he sighed like I had just asked him to run a marathon in flip-flops. At one point, mid-conversation, he started scrolling on his phone and chuckled at a meme while I stood there waiting. I left feeling less like a potential customer and more like an inconvenience to his day. If you're looking for a warm, welcoming, and helpful staff... keep looking. Some of their skates seem outdated, we have been missing insoles and laces too short. You can take them back up to the counter and they will happily replace them though. They can sometimes do "glow skate" for a little longer than my family enjoys. It hasn't been like that every time, so I'm not sure how long it's supposed to be. I don't mind skating in the dark a little but for an hour is too long for me. Even my kids were complaining that particular visit. Overall it's a pleasant family oriented place.

Regular seats, upper level boxes, lawn seating and an outfield table area offer several ways to see the game. Beyond the outfield is a children's bounce house area with other activities for the little guys. About the only setback here are the concessions. Many stands were 'closed' on a Saturday night and many food items weren't available at the stands that were open. Or as one attendant told me..'we ain't got none'..when I asked for a pretzel. Uh, okay. There are very few food and drink choices even when attendance is at its highest. That aside, parking right next to the field is a nice perk and some of the nearby streets have opened new restaurants.
