Instead focusing on fear tactics to rip the elderly off. I'll be notifying the local police on behalf of the senior abuse. When trying to work with them they admitted they had no contact with, or ability to verify debts from an office called nexus pain care. The address is Nexus Pain Care STE 150 3585 N University Avenue 150 Provo, Utah 84604-6630. From my perspective Nexus violated their patient bill of rights by simply closing their doors over a weekend for simply not paying rent. During this time providing their patients with no time to seek alternative means to fulfill medical information. I'm not sure who's idea it was to stop paying rent, but the end result was a lot of patients, mostly elderly, cancer patients, and people in chronic pain. All in vulnerable situations, with no foreknowledge to make other arrangements. I spoke to an employee named Ben the week of July 17th. At that time, on a recorded line to a Man by the name of Ben. He told me that advancedmd had no way of getting a hold of Nexus, and asked to have his manager Jadrielle Shiply contact me the next day. That never happened, and after a week and a half I called advanced again. (Ben was at least a professional on the phone although he never followers through on having someone contact me back. After you ver a week of waiting I called advancedmd again. This time I had the displeasure of speaking to an employee named Liz. Liz again admitted to having no ability to contact Nexus, and became very hostile when I pointed out that without evidence that I had incurred the debt, something the admitted to not having several times. When I pointed out that with no proof of incurred debt they had no legal basis to demand money from me. Upon hearing this Liz became irate, and unprofessional speaking over me at a yelling volume. When I mentioned I had already talked to Ben and he was supposed to have the manager Jadrielle Shiply call me l, and asked to speak to her manager she said she didn't have one, and promptly hung up. Before she had done this she brought up a different company that had nothing to do with NEXUS. When she was caught in that lie she became even more unprofessional. When I called back, a person named McKenzy who said she was a manager, but acted more like an inebriated coworker. She did however finally admit that Gaby was the name of a manager. Nexus is a company that no longer exist. They simply closed their doors over a weekend leaving the staff locked out on Monday. After suddenly closing instead of focusing on the welfare of patients Advancedmd began to contact patients using fear tactics to rip them off. Many of these patients are elderly, and susceptible to this tactic. I've notified the local police departments on behalf of the seniors to report senior abuse. Again it is important to mention advancedmd has admitted multiple times they have no way to contact Nexus, or confirm proof of debt from nexus pain care. Previously located at the address is Nexus Pain Care STE 150 3585 N venue 150 Provo, Utah 84604-6630. Having spoken with my families attorney he has provided 2 pieces of advice 1) Send a response back to the debt collector demanding proof of the debt, and then when you receive it, send a letter denying the debt. That will get you more information. Advanced MD billing is 698 W 10000 S, South Jordan, UT 84095. 2. If you have demanded proof of the debt and they have not provided it, they may have violated the Federal Fair Debt Collections Practices Act. I would communicate with the billing company in writing denying the debt, demanding proof of the debt, and stating that if they do not provide proof, they will be in violation of the FDCPAh.

Horrible customer service. Medical offices should beware because they treat customers horribly!…read moreRoxanne was rude and short. She left me on hold for over five minutes while contacting the office. Then was rude and short about my concern of the issue because I was charged twice for services that I was not told I would be charged for. She said they would not be removing charges and there was nothing that could be done. I will be asking doctor's offices who does their billing before becoming a new patient from now on. Completely unreasonable and rude to work with. Do not recommend
