We got Viet milk coffee with cream brûlée foam and matcha latte with cream cheese foam. Both are regular (small) size and the bill was $17-18 without tips. Viet milk coffee is 5/10, as a Vietnamese I wouldn't drink that again since there are so many other places to get it in Garland/Richardson area with better quality, better taste and better price. Matcha latte was ok, I think I wont go back for that either, since La La Land has matcha latte that way better than that. Or even Starbucks where you can customize yours for a bigger and cheaper drink with high quality too. Service is kinda meh ...the lady that took my order was not friendly, she had cold, unhappy face the whole time. She put extra charge on one of my drinks. I saw she clicked cream brûlée foam, then she clicked ube foam and another foam on top of that (which I didn't order). Then she deleted one foam and quickly went to check out screen (I was worrying that she didn't delete the ube foam). After couple different screen of tips? Name? Blah blah I was able to see my order and she had added 1 extra foam I didn't order. I told her and she was "ohh" then went back to change it. great location and the interior is aesthetic. love the variety on the menu. it wasn't busy at all when i went, which made for a pretty swift wait time. staff never greeted or spoke to me, but that's okay. i stopped by and got a milk tea, and was heavily disappointed. probably the worst milk tea i've ever had :/ it was watered down and had a weird sour tang to it. i couldn't even bring myself to finish it, and had to throw it out, which i HATE to do. especially when the drinks are $7-9 each. i'd give the benefit of the doubt and say maybe it was a bad batch, or i went on an off day, but still.. wish i dined in so that i could've at least gotten a refund. i'd be open to giving this place another try, in hopes that it would redeem itself with a different drink, but i'm just afraid of the same thing happening. read more

Don't get the loose leaf tea (matcha) here! It is over brewed/ burnt. I have tried every loose leaf hot tea on the menu and every time it is steeped for too long and too hot that the tea is bitter. They also don't strain it well so the leaves continue to brew and get more bitter. Their drinks are also over priced. Sad but true. Hopefully they get it right because this is the only coffee/tea cafe on the strip. Everyone needs to be properly trained on brewing tea in this place can't speak for the other drinks. read more

I had the Vietnamese coffee; it's hard to find so I tried it. It was good and they had the condensed milk. Pastries are from La Casita so they are the best in town. I had a cruffin but it was stale. I got an order from DoorDash and got the Ceremonial Matcha matcha vanilla latte with added lavender syrup and an espresso with coconut milk. The matcha was like happiness in a cup and the espresso was pretty good. Even one of the front desk ladies at my work said it looked like a "pretty green drink." The prices were pricin' with the Ceremonial Matcha coming to $9.25 and the espresso being $6.39. I thought, "this better be some of the best matcha and espresso ever," and the matcha delivered. I give this drink an 8/10! I added the torched crème brûlée topping. You can get this torched or un-torched! Topping is optional. I love matcha so I was pretty excited to try this drink. The matcha is pretty smooth and it balances the drink since the creme brûlée topping is a bit sweet! If you don't want it to be as sweet, get the topping un-torched.
