The roofing team arrived early on the first day -- going above and beyond by taking my garbage bin out to the street! AJ's has modern equipment and a very efficient re-roofing process. The tear-off of the old roof and the installation of the new TPO roof were done within two days. At the end of each day, they inspected the area around my house and removed any debris from their work. One of the best aspects was the project photos. AJ's provided links showing the work done each day, so I was able to see the tear-down process and my brand-new roof, complete with new canales, TPO vents, and leak-proof parapet edging.
