She first sent over Dusty and Chad, Dusty is a super positive person and was great at explaining what I needed to do and what was wrong. Chad was a very nice person who answered questions easily and was very upbeat. The next visit, Gary and Dalton showed, again I had two very nice, down to earth and kind people, who explained the process and let me watch them work (the patience of these people is amazing lol!), while watching the process, I was impressed with Gary's thoroughness. These individuals are hard working guys who are willing to explain why they need to do what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone. He convinced me I'd be better off letting his guys work hourly, rather than getting a bid, and he told me the work should take 2-3 days. Trusting they'd get the job done in a timely manner proved to be a huge mistake. I received the invoice and was totally shocked to find he had invoiced me for 4 full days. His guys also left a huge mess. Rotted cast iron was left in the front yard, the clean out was uncapped and they didn't bury it, the tub was filled with disgusting wet insulation, and the hot water heater that had a leak was left behind. I immediately contacted Bryant to express my concern over the price and we just went round and round in circles over the phone. At the end of our conversation, I asked him why his guys had left such a mess to which he replied that they weren't done yet. So in other words, he was going to have his guys go back out and bill me for a 5th day. Wow! Seriously, if you're going to give someone an estimate on time, you should at the very least be in the ballpark, if you call yourself a professional. Also you need to communicate when you are taking longer than quoted and the customer is being billed by the hour. Plus why are you sending me an invoice before the work is done? Doesn't make sense. I believe if I hadn't called him out, he would have taken my money and left me with that mess. Claiming to provide quality workmanship...please, spare me. Check the pics. I waited, Scott cane out and finally cleared it for leveling, I wound up in the hospital in heart failure. My brother was there when they cane out and supposedly did the job. My brother paid him. They were paid to remove old leveling debris and place block piers under the entire house every four foot in both directions and the perimeter. After I was told the job was complete they were paid. My house began to settle in some areas and I he'd them return. Soon after my walls began cracking and doors were unable to be opened or to close properly. They returned for a second time and said the problem was fixed. I returned home , as I was out of town when they came. I then noticed the doors were still not working properly. I crawled under the house to find that beams and block piers had not been installed under the back 20 foot oft house. The perimeter was not fixed and calls have not been returned. I have since had a company that works I All over Texas and several other states come evaluate my foundation and the work that was done. I was told that the work was done improperly and not completed. It is my opinion that my money was stolen as the work promised was not performed in full or correctly. This company should be sued and shut down. Owner showed up on first day with his guys. Said it should take a day maybe 2 depending on issues…read morethat sometimes occur. They were to install supports in 3 locations. Spent majority of the day hammering out one area. They cut the other 2 locations outline in my sunroom to start hammering. Started hammering 2nd area but stopped for the day. They told me they would finish up the next day. They were late showing up the next day, then once they arrived their jack hammer didn't work. They said they had to run into town to rent another one then come back. He called later in the day and said he didn't want to spend the $50 rental fee for just a few hours of use so he'd be out the following day. The next two days were snow days so they did not come over but did leave their trailer blocking access to my garage. They finally came back on Friday, however they did not bring a jackhammer to co plate the job. They had no intention of completing it but they offered to patch up the other 2 holes. I was told he'd lost too much money on this job. His equipment failure and the weather were no fault of mine. Since he was obviously not going to finish the job with no equipment I told him to get off my property. I then contacted him because my property was still left a mess and the patch job in my sunroom was unacceptable, it wasn't even filled in all the way and be impossible to level out. He continuously did not return phone calls and text messages. When I finally got ahold of him I told him how pissed I was about the job. If the house needed the work I wanted it done. I gave him another opportunity to come out. He wanted me to leave my sunroom unlocked so his guys could get into it (I totally trust a shady contractor, who's employee also have teardrop tattoos). My wife and I stayed home for them to do the work for 3 days. He then didn't show again on the 4th day to clean up and finish a little repair (he said it was a death in the family this time). I would never hire or recommend this company to anyone.
