I made an appointment on line for 10am. When i got there i was asked if I had an appointment. I said yes. Fifteen minutes later they asked my name. I see where you checked in but I don't see where you confirmed your appointment. So we'll treat you as a walk-in but we can't get to you for half an hour. Can you come back in 30 minutes? So I came back in 30 minutes and they said oh so sorry it'll be another 30 minutes I'm running behind. So I asked exactly how to confirm my appointment. Anthony is an absolute gangster! I called up a few days before my wedding and he was able to accommodate myself and my 5 groomsman. Somehow they all came out looking handsome and respectable!.... He must have used some kind of witchcraft! JK but he does know how to use a straight blade! He even let one of the guys play DJ the entire time. It says walk ins welcome - this is not true the barbers immediately respond you don't have a appointment I can not help you. The waiting area was empty. I left the next day I called back made a appointment haircut turned out great. The only problem why is this place charging customers $5 to make appointment. This is why they get a 1 star. Not friendly and non speaking English. I always leave a $5 tip. I have never been to a barbershop that charges to have a appointment. Very disappointed and I hope the shop owner changes this. The other barbers want that extra $5 and refuse walk ins. read more

Not a fan, I was a walk-in, that got charged for an appointment fee because the actual appointment had failed to show up. I don't understand that logic and therefore will give them a pass in the future. Been using Ceaser for a while now, he's a very professional young man, very calm and collective and always does his best to get me in for a cut. I've never left without a clean haircut, he knows what he's doing and he gives you many opportunity's to make sure you like it or wanna change anything up. If anybody in the local area is looking for a reliable and well skilled barber with great customer service I would highly recommend Ceaser without a doubt. Anthony is the owner of this shop & he has done a nice job of creating a comfortable space that is in a convenient location. The shop is clean and has plenty of seating. There is a big screen TV with HD quality programming, generally tuned to ESPN or other sports chanel's, but sometimes featuring movies. Anthony & his fellow barber are very meticulous in their craft. I look for a fairly conservative, old school haircut, but many of the younger patrons are having "fades" and various other specialized styles. From what I have observed, all clients walk out of the shop looking very sharp. - My only complaint is that I often have to wait 30-45 minutes or more for my turn in the chair This is a testament to their popularity, and to my poor timing! read more

This place came highly recommend so I didn't mind the 45 minute wait but left unimpressed and upset. I told the guy my son wanted number 21 on the photos on their wall well he did a 1 on bottom and 2 on top my son was mortified and started crying (he is 7 years old) and both barbers and several teenager customers started laughing at him!!!! Horrible customer service they seemed more interested impressing the teenagers "hanging out" then caring how they treated me and my son. My sons neck was bright red from the roughness from the barber and the back of his poor little head was sore for two days after the cut. Would not recommend. read more
