Mr. Zach and his helper arrived around 3pm and went right to work! in minutes he had isolated two causes of our outdoor unit. Having changed out the faulty components and testing the system, he asked before hand, if we wanted to add coolant to the system! Other companies would do it without authorization and charge you! Adding an extra pound of coolant would make the house cooler and also make the wife happy! A Happy Wife is a Happy Home! We added another pound of coolant!
