While we were scheduling follow-up appointments, the receptionist helping us became distracted when another patient walked in, and we were left waiting while the staff chatted among themselves. She then had to ask for my birth date again because she had lost track of the conversation. It made us feel ignored and wasn't the level of professionalism we expected. In reality, I only got 1 in 9 months because the massage therapist changes or cancels the appointments at the last minute (text you at 0645 the day of). She then can't get you in for another 2-3 months. If you're a disabled veteran that need this care, you CANNOT rely of Capital Chiropractic. You'll end up with no appointment and upset mentally that you've been given the shaft once again. I understand the VA does not offer many options, but if you're choosing Capital Chiropractic, you're making the choice at a large detriment to yourself and your wellbeing in the long run.
