I've only experience the pool area so I'm not sure how the other parts of the gym are so take this review with a grain of salt. They have a 2 large size pools where one is for swimming laps and the other for more recreational swimming. I've been to both. The lap pool is pretty much regulation sized for swim meets. It's also quite warm in there which makes sense as in the winter it's super cold and being in a swimsuit in the cold wouldn't make a great experience! They had a locker room area just outside of the pool area, just bring your own lock. There's two large family shower and change room, just bring your own towels and shampoos. The one thing I've never experienced was the swim suit dryer. Amazing and scary all at the same time. There's plenty of parking in the area as they have a private lot shared with other nearby establishments. Pretty typical gym with group exercise classes and machines. I've only really seen 24 hour fitness locations and my corporate gym and this one seems to be on par. They also have a seating area just in the front with tables for those waiting for their loved ones who are working out or at swim practice.
