Literally the worst tattoo I've ever gotten. Do not go here. I wanted a simple mermaid silhouette and Lucky seemed totally fine with the design, didn't have any complaints or suggestions so I figured it would be fine. After he was done I realized that the hand looked like a fucking baseball mit and the tail was completely uneven. Didn't get my money back for it either. Absolute garbage and it's now on my arm for the rest of my life. These guys are amateurs. read more

Staff is very professional! Got set up with my appointment to come in 2 days later. Freddie, my artist came up with an amazing design and the rest is history. I am extremely satisfied with the quality and skills he has. The outline was not even close to how badass the final product was. His process was great, he uses a numbing spray after a certain time of tatting and it works wonders. They also used a great bandage at the end which protects the tattoo for healing great. Wouldn't recommend as a go-to for piercings. While the services was great and all the interactions were pleasant, the actual piercing was not great. Went for diagonal nipple piercings" \ / " to eventually add to, making X's. The piercer didn't have any experience in what would be the end result but I figured a simple nipple piercing just at 45° would be well within reason. The concept of "not" horizontal nipple piercings was not easily grasped and took several times to get them to mark the entry/exit point at the correct angle(kept trying to go closer to horizontal). With the right points marked at the 45° they came out at a shallower angle and slightly asymmetrical. This experience diminished my excitement and eagerness to complete the cross. It's not so obvious it looks bad on their own but another perpendicular piercing wouldn't. read more

Went in just to look at the books and see who did the better shading and there were two books there that stood out, Lalo and I forget the other one, he was busy at the time doing a tattoo across from Lalo s station. I am glad I did get Lalo, free handed my tatt, came out great! Seems like the artist there doesn't fit the buildings and shops settings, real good work for just a regular shop set up in a regular way. Still glad I walked in. Very polite but when we walked in we were told to go ahead and do the paperwork and pay to reserve our spot and it would be an hour wait. Which we were fine with so we come back and are told it will be another hour due to "another client's tattoo wanting to be bigger". But we had to drive back home which was a 7 hour drive let alone it's already 2pm and our tattoos would have taken 5 minutes. read more

I was told my artist Will moved out of state (he didn't, he works over the bridge at another shop in Fort Walton Beach) and that they had a guy that could do better tattoos than him and I could get tattooed today. I was quoted $500 for a tattoo that should have only been $250-300 max and then the guy was screaming at me telling me that I didn't know how much tattoos cost. Another guy was out front smoking in the door way and didn't seem to want to move so I could leave, the entire experience was ridiculous. read more

Will did an amazing job on my piece! I was part of a group of 6 walk ins and we all left with GREAT tattoos! Very happy!

I went to this shop on a Sunday with my sisters, when we walked in the artists were very rude and did very mediocre work. I asked for a star on my wrist that is smaller than a thumb nail and they charged me $50 which is a total rip off. Then the next day I had to be rushed to the ER bc I had blood poisoning from the tattoo. The next day I called their tattoo shop and asked for the manager and the guy asked me who I was and what I needed so I told him what was going on with my tattoo and with going to the hospital not even a day later. He started to scream and cuss at me calling me a liar and saying that I didn't know what I was talking about and then hung up. I called back and got a different guy who said he was the actual manager (so the other artist yelled at me and lied about being the manager of the shop) and I explained to him what was going on and he also started to scream at me through the phone and cussing me out and saying that he would not give me a refund on my tattoo. And also told me that I probably got the blood poisoning from something that I had eaten (which if you know anything about blood you know that food does not circulate through your blood stream). I advise no one to ever go there bc the shop is very unprofessional and dirty I might add. I completely regret even having walked into their shop and will be contacting my lawyer. This shop is by far the worst tattoo shop and has the worst service I've ever encountered. Please! Whatever you do, don't go here! read more
