The estimate was fair, and the payment terms well within reason. I ordered the paint and set up the appointment. Right on time on the day they were expected, I had two painters arrive to start prepping my house for the six-day project. On the second day, a third painter showed up. Everything that could not be removed was masked meticulously. The trim was sprayed and then the main painting began. I cannot express how careful the crew was with my belongings and my house. The crew showed up more than an hour late the first day, then disappeared for hours, and then came back to inform me that they couldn't do any work that day because they didn't have the appropriate tools (???). Then, the next day, when they failed to show up on time again, I called the sales rep to complain. He informed me that I could cancel if I was upset - "We have plenty of other jobs to do." Mind you, I rearranged my work schedule to be here for the job. And that was his attitude? The company's motto is "Five star quality without the five star price." Let me assure you that that is completely untrue in my experience.
