Jill is incompetent, unprofessional, and disrespectful. We were informed by Jill this past week by email of a potential violation of the HOA Covenants which turned out to be 100 percent untrue. First, she did not return my phone call. Then, she never apologized to us after we sent her the documents proving our upgrades to our home were approved by BCM and the HOA Board. Her job is thankless, but the lack of professionalism in this situation was unnecessary. Had we not kept records of every BCM and Board approved upgrades to our home, we would have had to remove these upgrades which would have cost us thousands. Hire BCM and Jill with extreme caution-read the other ratings carefully. We hope our Board will change management companies for Kettering ASAP. this place is horrible, the houses are in horrible shape with holes in the walls, horrible paint…read morejobs, and crappy maintenance. my husband was vacuuming one time and a piece of the wall just came off when he was vacuuming along the side of the wall, maintenance never does anything right, and the lady will claim that the homeowners association is complaining about you when really it is her. if you have kids dont expect to have any outside toys for them because she will tell you the homeowners association thinks your running a daycare and when you ask to speak to the homeowners association she says that she IS the homeowners association. she kicked us out when we were only 15 days late on our rent and planning to pay the following friday we had lived there for a year and a half and never once were we behind by an entire month we always had our rent payed (with late fees) before the end of the month or on time. nothing in these houses works 2 of the places (mine and my cousins) had dishwashers that never worked from the start, when i moved in i complained about the dishwasher not working or the garbage disposal which had a whole bunch of junk still in it from the previous owner( who hadnt been there for months), there were no doors on most of our cabinets or our bathroom, and there were holes in the bottom of the pantry that looked like there was some kind of mold around them, so we called and complained next thing i know i come home from work and i have a new bathroom door that didnt fit right, a bunch of trash in my walkway, the faucet on my sink had been changed but the garbage disposal still wasnt fixed, no new cabinet doors and still holes in the walls everywhere. the maintenance man had been in my house when i wasnt home!!!! i called to complain that not only had he been in there when i wasnt home but he didnt even do the job right i never said anything was wrong with my kitchen faucet!! she said they had to order the cabinet doors special, and that he wouldnt be in my house without us there again, so he came back to fix the garbage disposal and tried to blame me for it being broken!! it was that way when i moved in, on top of that our roof started leaking about a month after we moved in and they came out and looked at it but never fixed anything, i knew the people in the house next to it so when they put the "new" carpet in i saw it and they left it outside for 2 days before putting it in the house the guy even had it layed out on the driveway and ran it over I SAW HIM!!, my air conditioner started leaking into my kitchen and onto my carpet causing an awful smell and bad water damage, my dishwasher never worked once in the entire time we lived there, and even though i was paying my bills (even if they were a little late i still payed the late fees so that shouldnt have mattered) she kicked me and my husband and kids out onto the street when i was about 5 months pregnant for no good reason even though i told her we would be up there in less than a week with the money she said if we didnt have it by the next day to not even bother and to move out (sorry i cant change the day of the week i get paid to when you want it ) you cant have anything on your windows unless it is a plain white curtain so no fancy colors not even blue (which is what i had) the entire building had pest problems that were never fixed for any of us no matter how much we complained and she will call whoever she wants and tell them about your personal business (whenever i was late she would call my cousin to tell her to to tell me i needed to pay my rent even though she wasnt my emergency contact) when i told her it was none of my cousins business and that she needed to stop calling her thats when she decided to kick us out. i dont know what kind of condition some of her other places are in but based on mine and my cousins places i wouldn't expect much also i forgot to mention it earlier but the carpet on the stairs started to tear up (this supposedly new carpet) and me and my kids stepped on multiple staples that were poking out of where it was coming up but the never once would come out and look at anything bottom line dont rent from her whether her other properties are in better condition or not you will not have a pleasant experience that is all
