(Apparently it's been broken for months according to other residents.) It took weeks for them to fix it and even when I was told it was completed I went down to see it was in fact still not fixed. I called Andrew Beaudoin (Association Manager), and he was the furthest from friendly. I was very cheerful and nice on the phone and he talked to me like I didn't know what 2+2 was. I told him it's still broken and he insisted it was fixed and just gave me the handyman's number to figure it out on my own. When I asked him to repeat the name of the handyman he was so rude about it. It turns out, he misunderstood the handyman (obviously as I'm standing there in front of the mailbox that's still obviously broken...). The handyman only told him he had arrived to take a look at the mailbox but he never told him it was fixed.

When the guy did come to fix it, instead of moving our things or asking us to do so he got plaster all over them. He then proceeded to invite a gentleman who had been painting our porch into our home without permission. We were given no heads up that the gentleman would be painting the porch so he just came up, started smoking and proceeded to do a halfway job by painting around our porch furniture and expensive bike (which we quickly moved inside). The ugly: half of our deposit was taken and now we have to fight to get it back. Ive already left a message but no call back yet! Usually a poor review on social media is the only thing that gets a response.

Had I not accidentally had a surprise visit with a friend and neighbor and received feedback, they would have gotten away with it because it is okay for them to take money from out of town homeowners and line their own pockets perhaps. Carpet installed was mediocre, and smelled, wonder if they used refurbished materials, yet they charged me $8000.00 dollars June 2015, found out from a friend who visited the home, the carpet and paint was not fresh or brand new, as one would expect considering it was less than two years old. Damage to my roof, June 2015, they did not acknowledge any information relating to the damages when questioned March 2016. A neighbor and tenant told us, a moving truck had backed into the roof. I Terminated contract with them, still awaiting documentation and justification oh and not to mention the money they owe me and it has been over 30 days, and of course they don't have my address on file. Do not recommend this company and now they are changing their name from FIRST COAST RENTAL AGENCY TO RENTAL PARTNERS! HOMEOWNERS BE AWARE!

Been asking them to change A/C filter smells like mold. Since February my mail is still held at post office because I don't have a mail key. It don't get changed until a person moved out and then they wait to rent to then have new resident go to post office to request lock change.

My newest neighbor just moved in with her kids... and her unit is already flooding from an existing problem they knew about from the previous tenants leaving the place. I do not have either. I served most of my adult life in the United States Marine Corps and have never had an eviction or bankruptcy. Despite this, my application was denied shortly after it was submitted. When I followed up to better understand the decision, I was told they were looking for the "best candidate." This did not align with what had been communicated prior to applying, which led to confusion about the criteria being used. During the process, I also experienced a comment made in the context of rental discussions that was negative toward police officers, which left a poor impression on me and contributed to my overall concern about how applicants are treated during the process. While I understand that property managers have the right to select applicants based on their criteria, my experience did not reflect the expectations that were communicated beforehand. I hope this helps other applicants, particularly veterans, have a clearer understanding of the application process.
