I called Dr Ryan Smiths office in West Yellowstone, that was closing in 15 minutes. The receptionist put me on hold for a few minutes and then stated that Dr Smith was willing to meet me at his other office in Rexburg at 6:30 to care for my son. We drove and arrived at this location at about 6:23 pm and 2 minutes later Dr Smith and an assistant arrived. The care was impeccable and finished before I could fill out the paperwork. Orthodontist office visits can be scary for a child. The idea of braces, retainers, headgear and…read moreall of that nonsense can be very intimidating. Dr. Mooso's office is the antithesis of anything scary or intimidating. Not only is the design of their office space & waiting area clean and welcoming, but their office staff is great as well. The building has a new/modern feel but still gives a comforting vibe. They've got comfortable couches and chairs, lots of magazines to choose from while you wait & they've even got a tot playroom for little siblings who might otherwise be a distraction while any procedures are taking place. When we first made the appointment, Dr. Mooso called us personally to walk through the process and to answer any questions we might have. Having a Dr. who is approachable and accessible is a huge plus for us. I can't say that I'm overly thrilled that one of our boys has to have braces, but I am thankful that we discovered Dr. Mooso.
