I called 15 minutes later when no taxi arrived and he said the driver couldn't find me (even though I was right by the road). He said they would send another. Ten minutes later I see the taxi coming down the street, I'm waving frantically but he doesn't look up from his phone and drives past. I call the service and they say the driver couldn't find me. I have up at that point and called a different taxi company which had no trouble finding me and arrived promptly. This company has rude staff, and poor service. Don't waste your time, call literally any other taxi service in the area.
