I ordered a taxi the day before to take me to the station early in the morning the next day. The taxi never arrived at the allotted time, and when I called Silver Cabs, they didn't seem to know anything about the booking. This resulted in me missing the train and nearly missing the flight I was going to catch. Unreliable taxi firm. Do not use.

On the morning of my booking I telephoned 5 minutes before my taxi was due to arrive, and was told that they could not get a driver, and " WOULD I LIKE TO CANCEL MY RESERVATION ! " I am 92 years old and could not find words! I will NEVER use this company again. All my extended family will NEVER use this company again. None of my friends will EVER use this company again. I hope that this warning reaches far and wide. Be warned...this is the most appalling service I have ever received.

I asked who I should address it to and the person wouldn't give me a name. The student was blind. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BOOKING BOUNDS. MOST OF THE REVIEWS ON THEM SPEAKS FOR THEM. THE DRIVER NEEDS TO BE GIVEN THE SACK. HIS REG START WITH (HD21) SO RUDE.
